Welcome,
Beautiful soul,
And thank you for taking this special time.
Today,
We will begin this guided meditation by getting to know ourselves better,
Connecting with the hidden parts existing within and integrating them consciously as we start to manifest from a purer state of being.
As we begin to understand ourselves and our needs more,
We will use the intention method to shift the reality in which we are living and begin to manifest our desire in one.
Keep in mind that the intention method works best if you practice it as you go to bed.
When we fall asleep,
We are not giving time for the mind to question itself,
Allowing the subconscious to integrate the signals we send,
But the main key is your pure intention.
So,
If you wish,
You can do it whenever you can find a quiet and still moment for yourself.
For this session,
You can lie down or stand tall in a high lotus meditation posture.
Depending on the moment you choose in the day,
Make sure you are sitting in a position you can maintain easily and relax for a long time.
Take a profound breath into your belly and gently close your eyes as you exhale.
Sit here and quietly take the time to observe yourself.
Notice the movement present within your body as you are standing still.
Feel the beating rhythm of your heart traveling through your hands and your feet.
Observe the way you breathe.
Feel your respiration creating a subtle dance throughout your entire self.
Feel the sound conscious of the air flowing inside your body.
Notice the existing thoughts traveling throughout your mind.
Feel them without any judgment,
Just observe without any opinion whatsoever.
Notice the emotions arising within as you contemplate your heart,
Mind,
And body.
Welcome them and allow them to teach you more about yourself and your actual needs.
Now as you are more present in this moment,
Begin to relax your body and detach yourself from the overthinking mind.
Let down your thoughts,
Allow them to simply dissolve as they appeared.
With kindness,
Return to your respiration each time you feel dragged into a thought throughout this entire session.
With love,
Return to your practice with the intention to expand the gap in between thoughts and reach deeper meditative state from which you can start shifting your reality.
Breathe in and gently let all the air out slowly through your mouth.
Have the intention to exhale all the stress and tensions gathered within your mind and body throughout the entire day.
Breathe in,
Exhale all the air out through your mouth along with all the low frequency vibrations.
Deep breath in and out.
Begin to cleanse yourself before making this shift.
Allow all the thoughts and all the stress to dissolve so that you can welcome the new.
Return to your normal breath through your nose.
Relax within your body.
Have the intention to loosen up each muscle from the top of your head down to your toes.
Be aware that as you relax your body,
You release the energy stagnating within.
You let go of the low frequency emotions and thoughts and make space for higher vibrations which you can begin to manifest in your everyday life,
Shifting your reality and reaching for the desired one.
With love and gratitude for their teachings,
Allow yourself to let go of the no longer needed energies present within.
Ask the source to bathe you in the cleansing waterfall of light so you can prepare to shift your current reality into a more loving and desirable one.
Visualize yourself serenely meditating under this beautiful cascade.
In this peaceful environment and state of being,
Take the time to fully create the message you want to send to your brain.
Think of your desired reality.
What is your intention for?
How would you like to feel in your desired reality?
Be aware that your message must be clear.
You don't need many mixed signals to be sent.
You just need a clear,
Simple and pure one.
So begin with each breath out to make space within for light and love to come.
Have the intention to connect with your higher self and the infinite source of life.
Truly feel your power to manifest the needs of your life.
Be aware that sometimes we might not even know what we actually desire because of the stagnant energy within our bodies.
Because of our hidden traumas and our inner child's pain,
We tend to want what we don't really need,
Constantly asking the universe for more and never finding peace when we actually get what we desire.
So now enter your heart space and think with this center.
Be aware of your simplest needs,
Your inner child's needs,
And begin to create an image of your desired reality by describing the emotions you would like to feel rather than the things and people you would like to have in your life.
Keep it simple and as clear as you can.
Try not to bring material desires through your mind.
Instead,
Think from your heart of how you would feel if you would already have them.
Contemplate the emotions you want to experience in your desired reality.
Intend to search deep inside your heart.
What do you truly want?
What do you need most in your life for your mind,
Heart,
And soul to be at peace?
It may be understanding,
Self-love,
Compassion,
Kindness.
Breathe deep and ask your higher self to help you throughout this journey.
Ask within,
How do I want to feel in my desired reality?
Allow the answer to come under any form.
Quiet down your mind even more.
Be present within and observe what comes through your heart.
Observe yourself and find the true answer to your question.
Take this moment to clearly understand yourself and your actual needs.
As you begin to construct a clear message,
Have the intention to send those signals to your brain.
Imagine waves of vibration traveling from your heart space up to your subconscious mind.
Trust these signals of high frequency vibration.
Allow them to transport you to your desired reality.
Keep your intention in mind.
Meditate on it.
Let it become your mantra.
With full presence and intention,
Say to yourself,
When I open my eyes,
I will shift to my desired reality.
If you are practicing in the middle of the day,
Sit here a little longer.
Give yourself the time to process and integrate before opening your eyes.
Simply continue to breathe in and out profoundly.
Focus on your respiration and keep your mantra present in the back of your mind.
If you are preparing yourself to sleep,
Be aware that your mind will not be able to doubt itself,
Allowing your intention to become real easily.
So say to yourself,
When I wake up,
I will be in my desired reality.
Allow yourself to fall into a resting sleep.
Try doing this practice both ways,
Fully awake throughout the day and before falling asleep,
Depending on you.
It can take time and practice,
Or it can be a matter of minutes.
So give yourself patience and acknowledge your power of intention.
Say to yourself with all the faith and love you can find within.
