Welcome.
My name is Trist and I want to thank you for joining me in this guided meditation.
Today we will cleanse and charge our perception center,
The third eye found between our eyebrows,
With intention and determination.
We will enhance this visualization center and gradually connect more with our energetic bodies,
Acknowledging this immaterial part of ourselves.
By the end of this session,
Through the six feet astral projection technique,
We will initiate an out of body experience where the concept of time and space doesn't exist as we know it,
Allowing us to travel wherever we want to go.
Sit your body in a restful position.
You can lie down on your back or sit straight with your legs crossed into a lotus meditation posture.
Allow your body to deeply relax into this posture.
Gently exhale all the air out and close your eyelids.
As you inhale,
Bring a subtle kind smile to your lips.
Gently begin to loosen up the present tensions and emotions found on your face.
Relax each muscle.
Focus on the top of your head with the intention of relaxing it.
Slowly travel your awareness down into your third eye center between your eyebrows.
Relax this spot.
Relax your forehead,
Your eyes,
And your temples.
Allow your mind to quiet down as you focus on relaxing your entire head on your exhale.
Try to bring each breath from your abdomen up inside the middle of your head.
Gently look up behind your closed eyes towards the middle of your head.
Feel the subtle pulsating rhythm existing between your eyebrows.
Have the intention to breathe through this energetic center.
Feel this middle spot on your forehead subtly contracting and expanding with each breath.
Start forcing your eyes gently.
Continue to look up into your third eye center.
Breathe in deep and feel it going inwards.
Breathe out and sense the subtle push,
The expansion created by your exhale.
Now begin to feel and visualize this center absorbing light as you inhale and release it as you exhale.
Concentrate on your breath.
Guide it down into your abdomen,
Then your chest,
And end it inside your head as high up as possible.
Keep this breathing intention and allow your body to guide you.
Be gentle,
Try not to force it.
Offer your guidance,
Show it what path to take through you,
And then observe it taking its course naturally.
Allow it to flow smoothly within your entire body and enhance your third eye center,
The visualization center.
Breathe and allow your entire body to become more comfortable in the sitting position.
Have the intention to relax your neck,
Spine,
Shoulders,
Elbows,
And hands.
Relax your abdomen,
Hips,
Legs,
And feet.
Loosen up your entire body with each breath you take.
Keep the energy circulate within smoothly.
Now,
Continue to visualize a stream of light coming down on you from high above.
Grab its pure energy,
Allow it to bathe you in its high frequency vibrations.
As you exhale,
Begin to picture waves of vibration coming out of your third eye,
Forming concentric circles that start expanding all around your head.
Be aware that it doesn't have to be a clear image existing within your third eye,
Like the ones we usually see through our physical eyes.
You can feel it and visualize it in various ways.
Try not to overanalyze it too hard.
Just set your intention and allow it to come as it wants.
All you need to do is observe.
Consider and feel these concentric circles emanating out of your forehead.
Allow this energy you absorb from above to charge your third eye to maximum potential and open it even more so you can prepare for this visualization practice.
Breathe deep through this spot,
Follow any kind of feeling present within this area.
It can be a sensation of expansion right between your eyebrows as you breathe in.
Perhaps you are more aware of the energy circling your head.
Take the needed time to observe the way you feel its energy.
As you breathe deeply,
Picture a small indigo flower appearing between your eyebrows.
You can choose any flower you like or it can be a grand lotus flower.
Remember that this kind of visualization can come in various ways.
It doesn't always have to be a clear image,
It can come as a feeling or a knowing.
Choose the power of intention and observe your way of visualizing.
From above,
The white channel of energy drops like a waterfall in the middle of this beautiful flower.
Notice its indigo color becoming more saturated with each breath in,
Growing bigger as you charge it with more energy.
Initiate this visualization and allow your flower to grow as much as it wants.
When it finally reaches its largest and most saturated form,
Have the intention to transcend the color of indigo and slowly transform it into pure white energy.
Visualize your third eye flower alchemizing from an indigo color into a bright white one,
Sending high frequency vibrations from within all around itself.
Allow this pure energy to enhance your visualization power and silence your mind even more.
As you become aware of your entire self and connect to your energetic body,
Begin to slowly perceive your aura.
Picture it as a giant sphere of light taking you in a loving and safe embrace.
Breathe in here a while.
Inhale through your nose,
Firstly into your abdomen,
Then into your chest,
And end it inside your head.
Exhale through your nose and expand the concentric circles from your head out into your entire aura.
Breathe in and out.
In,
Out.
In,
Out.
Now,
As you charge the upper centers of your body,
Begin to visualize your energetic body meditating about six feet high above your physical body.
Firstly,
You can observe it as a picture,
But then try to see it from your body's perspective.
Imagine looking up from the perspective of your physical eyes and seeing this energetic form floating above you.
Observe what kind of form your energetic body takes.
Try not to create this image from your mind.
Feel it from your heart space.
Allow your higher self to reveal your true high vibrational form.
As you are looking up to your energetic body floating six feet away from your material body,
Intend to transfer your consciousness into the form present above you.
Look from within your third eye and focus on the form hovering above your body.
Feel yourself one with it.
Become conscious that it is a part of you.
Connect with it entirely.
Breathe profoundly.
Bring each inhale up to your forehead.
When you are ready,
Begin to float yourself up gently,
Leaving your physical body behind as an anchor.
Realize yourself entering this form above you.
Have the intention to transfer your consciousness to it.
With all your determination,
Transfer your will into it.
Give yourself the needed time to merge entirely with this form,
With your energetic body.
Allow yourself to lose any perception of your physical body.
Begin to feel yourself as a form of energy.
Sense a state of serenity taking over you and surrender to it.
As you are now existing outside your material body,
Your consciousness is present in your energetic vehicle.
Try to visualize yourself in this nether body.
Feel the present sensations.
Take a moment here and try looking down at your physical body through the eyes of this form in which you exist now.
Use your power of intention and visualization and begin to think of place or person.
Try to see and feel it as if you are actually there.
Take this brief moment to think of a place you would like to visit or person you wish to communicate with.
In the first place,
Allow your memory to bring up an image,
A smell,
Sound,
Taste or perhaps a feeling,
A vibration.
Focus on any sensorial feeling that reminds you of that place or person.
Use them to project yourself there more easily.
Have the intention to travel in time and space to that special place or person.
Visualize yourself inside your energetic form,
Your light vehicle.
Know deep within where you want to go.
Picture it.
Feel it.
Set yourself there and feel your form flying away with the speed of light reaching its intended destination.
In your own rhythm,
Practice astral projection whenever you feel.
Be aware that in time,
With pure determination,
You will come to master it.
Some of us have a hard time finding out what an out of body experience really is.
Meanwhile for others,
It is hard to control it,
Having more of a loose astral body.
In both cases,
It is needed practice,
Time and kindness so we can master astral projection along with our energetic bodies.
When you are ready,
Insert yourself back into your physical body.
Come back six feet above your anchored body.
Look down towards it and enter it.
With all your determination,
Have the intention to transfer your consciousness back into your physical form.
Give your body time to wake up.
Sit still and breathe deep.
Feeling slow movements within and when you are ready,
Without focusing on the image,
Open your eyelids slowly and come back to this realm.
