Welcome to the Sleep Guided Meditation,
And thank you for joining me.
Today,
We will start this magical practice by opening our heart center and cherishing ourselves,
Bringing love and gratitude to our body and soul.
Throughout this session,
We will be cleansing ourselves of the stagnant energy and inviting love and light within.
As we connect more to our authentic selves,
We will begin a beautiful journey into the higher realms.
We will strengthen our bond with our higher self and discover the realms of light entities and celestial beings manifested from the Source.
As you are laid down on your back,
Prepared for a restful night's sleep,
Cover yourself with a soft blanket.
Make sure your feet are impressed by it,
And they can drop relaxed on each side.
Slowly bring your hands to your heart space,
And thank yourself for taking this time as you smile kindly within.
For this meditation,
Try not to move.
Find stillness within your body,
And allow your mind to quiet down slowly.
Take a deep and slow breath through your nose.
Breathe all the air out through your mouth.
Be aware that your breath be the anchor for this entire meditation.
Let's breathe together three times.
Breathe in and out through your mouth.
In and out.
In.
Out.
With each breath,
Begin to release the tensions stagnating within your mind and body.
Continue to breathe only through your nose and into your belly.
Allow your body to relax even more into the cushions beneath you.
Feel the softness around your body,
Taking you in a sweet and cozy embrace.
Loosen up and deepen yourself more into the bed beneath you.
Breathe in and focus on your heart center.
Breathe out gently,
And when all the air is out,
Hold your respiration for a few seconds.
Feel the beating rhythm of your heart traveling through your chest,
Palms,
Fingertips.
Take the time to feel it inside your abdomen,
And maybe even the soles of your feet.
Act with your heartbeat.
Sense its energy journeying through your veins,
Into your entire body.
Breathe deeply,
And allow yourself to sink into a deeper state of meditation.
Surrender to this calmness.
Return to your authentic self.
Now,
As you are floating into a dark void,
Take the time to observe how you feel here.
Notice the present serenity,
The endless peaceful feeling.
Embrace it.
Unify with it.
From this darkness,
A bright channel of light slowly comes down from high above,
And enters your crown center,
The top of your head.
With each inhale,
Begin to charge yourself with this loving energy.
Breathe in deep,
And guide this light inside your heart.
Picture it traveling inside the top of your head,
Through your neck,
And gently dropping down into your heart space,
As a magnificent waterfall.
Feel your chest becoming warmer with each inhale.
Remember that we all have an inner child deep within that needs our love and compassion,
So we can heal that part of ourselves,
And reconnect with our higher selves,
Our light selves.
So now,
It is time to acknowledge these parts,
And reconnect with them by bringing self-love,
Compassion,
And kindness within.
Begin to visualize an unopened,
Green bulb of a lotus flower floating inside your chest area.
Breathe in slowly,
And charge it through this channel with pure light.
Breathe out,
And picture the lotus opening,
And sending green waves of love throughout your entire body.
Allow for this high frequency to take over you.
Feel the love coming from deep within,
And embracing you.
Bring a peaceful smile to your face,
And take the time to tell yourself gracefully,
I cherish you,
I respect you,
I love you.
Visualize the lotus flower entirely open,
Getting bigger with each breath in,
And spreading love all around your physical body with each breath out.
Remind yourself that you are pure love and light.
Every little life experience happens for you,
To invite more self-love within.
Self-love is the first and most important step in anything we want to achieve.
When we acknowledge that,
We start changing our perspective in life,
And slowly begin to bring more compassion and kindness towards ourselves and the souls surrounding us.
We open ourselves to higher realms,
To divine light,
To the source that created everything we can and cannot see.
Through love,
We are able to transcend our being,
To raise our frequency,
So we can begin to travel higher dimensions,
To discover different vibrations of creation.
Now,
Take a profound breath,
And have the intention to connect more to your higher self.
Sense from your heart space,
Feel its presence beside you,
Sustaining and protecting you.
Breathe in here,
Connect with your entire being.
Visualize the channel of light flowing from above,
Forming a network between the source,
Your heart,
And your hands.
Feel this energy traveling through your palms,
And reversing back into your heart through them.
Begin to form this circuit with each respiration you take.
On inhale,
Bring the light from above and into your heart.
On exhale,
Send the light from within your heart to your neck,
Through your hands,
Into your palms,
And reverse it back into your heart.
Take a moment to breathe this way.
Call for divine light to open this center even more.
Breathe in through your crown and into your heart.
Breathe out and send the energy back to your neck,
Through your hands,
Into your palms,
And back into your heart.
Picture yourself absorbing more light with each breath in.
Allow this energy to cleanse and charge you.
Ask for it to alchemize any low frequency emotion,
Any stagnant energy present within.
Dissolve all the pain,
All the doubt,
And fill all these remaining empty spots with love.
Bring high vibrations within.
Receive this light and consciously become one with it.
Slowly begin to transcend your human body.
Picture yourself alchemizing to light.
Notice the tingling present within.
Allow any sensation to come and surrender to it.
Visualize yourself becoming a form of light,
Pure consciousness floating into the void.
Detach from this material dimension.
Feel each cell subtly vibrating within.
Begin to discover the immaterial part of yourself,
Your spirit.
Remember that you are light.
You are present here because you have the significant power to evolve your being.
You have the power to see through this physical dimension and access different realms of existence,
Higher ones.
You can align with higher frequencies and channel different celestial beings.
As you live in this material dimension,
Be aware of yourself.
Become conscious of the powers you have.
We all have.
Imagine a bright lighted staircase forming a pathway up into the universe for you to follow.
Begin to travel yourself up into the sky.
Take the first step and fly yourself high up.
Exit our planet,
Our atmosphere.
Try to view our planet from behind and then continue your road up inside our sun.
Travel through the sun and beyond.
Go higher and see the entire solar system.
The stars and galaxies.
Exit this universe and go even higher.
Begin to journey the dimensions of the ascended masters.
Go higher and reach the realm of deities,
Of goddesses.
As you go much higher,
You begin to see a powerful white light beneath a thick wall of high vibration.
You are close to entering higher realms.
Light dimensions where angels and archangels manifest.
Continue to rise and enter through it.
Enter through it.
As you reach behind this wall,
All you can see is bright,
Pure light.
Infinite high frequency vibrations manifesting into this endless realm.
Take a peaceful moment here.
Feel the purity and love embracing your entire being.
Remember,
You are made of this light.
You are part of each existence,
As everything else is part of you.
We are one with everything surrounding us.
We are all manifestations of the source.
We are here to bring as much love and light as possible from the higher realms into our physical dimension.
Begin to tune into this high frequency surrounding you here.
Welcome this state of being.

Feel their grand presence behind you.
They are here to help,
To guide,
To protect.
You can take the time to thank them for anything you want.

Be aware that they are here all the time,
Right beside you.
Feel their unconditional love.
Absorb this energy and integrate it deep within.
Have faith in this journey.
Allow yourself to see as much as you need to see.
Go as high up as you can.
Listen to the source.
Let it be your guide.
Let it be your guide and reveal the different planes of existence.
Let it show you the unseen.
Remember that your breath is your anchor.
Return to it whenever you feel the need to come back to your material world.
You can choose to travel more throughout these dimensions.
Or you can come back inside your physical body and fall into a restful sleep.
If you choose to return now,
Become aware of your respiration.
Travel yourself backward through the higher dimensions.
Re-enter your universe,
Your sun,
And your planet.
Visualize yourself from high above and have the intention to enter your body.
Take the time to integrate and conserve these energies throughout the entire night and bring them into your everyday life as you wake up more charged for a beautiful new day.
