Hello there and welcome to this astral projection recording.
Tonight I'll be leading you through the process of leaving your body and exploring the astral realm.
First then,
Let us set the scene.
Find a quiet and comfortable spot where you can relax without distractions.
Your bedroom is ideal.
On your bed,
Lights out.
But equally,
You could lie on your couch in the living room,
Or in a reclining chair in your office.
Wherever you think is going to be the most comfortable and quiet spot is where you should go.
So,
I'll now give you a moment to do exactly that.
And,
When my voice returns shortly,
The session will begin.
We'll begin.
Tonight,
We'll embark on a journey outside of ourselves to meet our guardian angel.
Don't think of this as merely a practice,
But instead,
Think of it like a spiritual pilgrimage.
One that you'll go on with an open heart,
Seeking the grace and guidance of God along the way.
And so,
To start,
I'll give you some time to collect yourself,
To be here in your special place,
With eyes closed,
Relaxed,
Taking deep,
Calming breaths.
As you breathe,
Imagine roots extending down from your body into the earth,
Grounding you in God's love and protection,
Centering your thoughts and opening your heart to the guidance he wishes to offer you tonight.
Do this alone for a while now,
And soon my voice will return.
You're beginning to feel deeply at peace,
And so,
Now's the perfect time to offer a prayer to God.
In earnest,
Seeking protection and guidance for your journey ahead,
Center your mind on him now,
And lift up your thoughts,
Saying,
Light the path for me tonight,
Guide me and teach me.

Keep dwelling on this prayer now,
Not just thinking it,
But letting it light up your heart,
And shortly my voice will return.
And now,
I want you to set a clear intention for your astral projection experience tonight,
Because going into these types of experiences aimlessly is never a good idea.
Yes,
You want to be guided to an extent,
But you also want to sketch your own rough outline.
This way you can meet God in the middle,
Half you,
Half him,
And from there we'll have cultivated the perfect space to lift off.
So,
Do this now,
Sowing the mental desire to meet your guardian angel tonight,
And soon my voice will return.
You're beginning to feel the tension in your body melt away,
In fact you're starting to forget you even have one.
You're now squarely focused in your mind's eye,
Separate from the physical,
And here you rest,
Knowing that this interior space was made for you,
Knowing that this interior space is you,
And that here God rests with you.
Get mentally prepared for departure now,
Feeling more and more ready by the second,
Focusing on the non-physical,
Focusing on God,
Lifting you up and out.
And shortly my voice will return.
And now,
You begin to properly visualize your departure,
You begin to visualize yourself floating above your physical body,
Gently rising towards the ceiling,
Remembering that you are now in the presence of God.

Remembering that what begins as mere vision,
Will become reality.
Feeling that lightness overtaking you now,
Embracing that sense of freedom as you ascend,
Trusting in God's guidance as he lifts you up.
It's all you see now,
The vision subsuming you.

As you rise up,
Imagine passing through a veil of light,
And on the other side,
The astral plane awaits,
A realm of vibrant colors and divine energy.
Feel the presence of God all around you here,
Enveloping you,
And once oriented,
Call out to your guardian angel,
Saying,
I am here to meet you,
I am here to meet you,
And trust that your guardian angel will hear your call.
Keep on doing this now,
And shortly my voice will return.
Your guardian angel may take various forms,
A literal angel,
An ancestor,
Or something ephemeral,
A mere passing mist or phantom.
Whatever form your guardian angel takes,
Be open to it,
Be receptive,
And feel their energy warming your soul.
They have much to tell you,
Much to teach,
And they are here to support your journey.
And so,
See them appearing now,
Out of the void,
And into the astral plane.

You speak with your guardian angel,
Face to face,
Not just bathing in their presence,
But asking questions too,
And listening to their responses with your heart.
For the messages may come as feelings,
Images,
Or words.
Trust in the wisdom shared,
Knowing that all you receive is a gift,
A dear,
Dear gift.
Dwell on this now,
Asking and receiving,

We deepen the connection,
Opening ourselves up fully to receive the wisdom and divine grace your guardian angel has to offer.
Your mind ascends,
But more importantly,
Your heart floods with a warmth beyond words.
You are connecting with your guardian angel.
A sacred link between your hearts is formed,
And the messages received through this sharing come through clearly,
As symbols,
As visions,
As profound feelings of peace and understanding.
Trust that these messages are imbued with God's divine light,
And surrender to them fully.
And soon my voice will return.
And from here your experience unfurls.
Who knows where it will lead next,
But wherever it does,
You offer gratitude.
You offer thanks for what's come so far,
And what's to come down the line.
