We were born into these bodies that carry us from place to place in the physical realm.
And whether or not we remember them,
We dream at night as our subconscious minds process or deliver important messages to us.
But for some of us,
There is still this urge to intentionally set out to explore more.
And naturally so,
With an eternal consciousness,
To explore infinite realms and dimensions far,
Far vaster than this sphere.
What if it were possible simply by using your imagination to initiate these travels into the astral realm?

Let's begin by taking a deep breath while setting the intention to surrender.
Relax and let go.
Now bring to mind a place that you are familiar with,
One that you have fond memories of.
While this could be a favorite holiday location,
This could be anywhere that holds a special place in your heart.
Take a moment now to choose your unique location.
We'll set this place aside for now,
Bringing the focus inward.
As we prepare to safely unfold,
Inviting in more peace.
Let go.
Safely and soundly.
Let go.
Eyes resting down,
Always following the wisdom of your unconscious.
You might begin to notice as your conscious thoughts drift that your muscles are able to become more and more relaxed.
More and more relaxed.
Take ease now,
Allowing the mind to relax and the body to relax.
Very good.
And as you continue to relax more and more with each breath,
Allow your body to drift deeper into a state of calm.
Doing so with the help of your wonderful imagination.
Imagine or sense that there is a beam of protective starlight that is beginning to form at your feet.
And wherever this starlight goes,
It brings relaxation and blissful comfort as it prepares that area of the body while your mind remains alert and open.
And so the starlight begins by illuminating your toes and feet.
Moving through the arches,
It too now relaxes your ankles completely.
Through your calves,
Relax.
Through your knees and into your thighs.
And take a moment to notice any tension here.
And with ease,
The light dissolves that tension for you now.
And you might have already observed that your feet and your legs are becoming heavy and filled with relaxation now that they are ready.
The light now moves through your hips,
Easing any tension.
And allow any noises that you may hear in the background to simply act as signals helping you deeper down into relaxation.
Now imagine or sense that cleansing starlight shifting to your torso,
Filling your lower back,
Abdomen,
And chest.
Feel your lower back,
Abdomen,
And chest muscles that they can let go now.
Let go now.
Very good.
To the upper back and shoulders as the light fills them with calming energy.
Tell them that they can now let go completely.
It begins to fill your upper arms with the heaviness.
Your elbows,
Forearms,
Wrists,
And hands releasing tension.
Fully letting go now.
Both of your arms feeling positively heavy and relaxed.
Below the neck,
The body drifting off into a state of calm.
Starlight now permeates your neck and throat.
It illuminates your head relaxing the muscles of your scalp.
As the light eases the muscles of your mouth,
The muscles of your jaw,
The muscles of your cheeks,
Nose,
And eyes.
It now swirls harmoniously on your forehead enhancing the abilities of your mind's eye.
Now that all muscles are in the deep heaviness of relaxation,
In a moment you will hear me count down from nine to one.
And with each number you hear,
You can enjoy the deepening relaxation of your body and the weightlessness of your expanded level of consciousness as it lifts,
As it shifts to your special place.
And when we get down to the number one,
Your consciousness will be fully immersed.
Make a cool breeze ready to explore the area using your mind's eye to develop the scenery.
Relaxing within tension at the number nine,
A sacred number with a universal quality representing the awakening of spirit.
Feeling any remaining tensions,
Always deeper and deeper.
Eight,
Feeling so at peace,
So at ease in your inner calm and serenity.
Seven,
Feeling these deeper down levels at the same time encompassed by this refreshing freedom from all weight,
Basking in tranquility.
Six,
Entering the deeper realms of your unconscious,
Shifting easily to a mode of observation.

Opening all great potentials because the deeper you relax,
The more your imagination expands,
And the more that you tune into these natural abilities within your subconscious,
The more you can relax.
In the background,
You are halfway there,
Approaching your chosen place.
And when we reach the number one,
You will be there in consciousness as your visualization abilities are heightened.
