Vowel You

This is a sound healing to clear, balance, and harmonize our energy centers. We will tone the energy centers using vowel sounds and tuning forks. This is based on the work of Jonathan Goldman. However, for this sound healing we have expanded the number of energy centers we tone.

It is good to integrate some toning as part of your daily practice even if it is just to tone each energy center one time.

After you have completed this sound healing, drink water and ground yourself as needed.
