Releasing the judgments,
Opinions and projections of others.
And coming to your center with your breath,

Open body,
Open mind.
And with your breath,
Inviting the light from the universe around you 360 degrees into all cells of your body.
And anywhere you're holding lower energies that can be released at this stage,
On the out-breath release back to the universe,
Back to the universe,
Allowing more light into your field.
On the in-breath,
Inviting light from the horizon 360 degrees into the bones of the body or joints or vertebrae.
And on the out-breath,
Release anything you're holding in the bones of your body back to the light.
And let's call your team in spirit of the highest light and resonance,
Your higher self,
Iron presence,
The over soul,
All angels,
Archangels,
Guides,
Helpers,
Teams in spirit working with you,
Healing teams,
Ascension teams,
Any star races,
Any star councils working with you,
Elohim,
Seraphim,
Come be with you now,

And calling the archangels of the horizontal plane.
In the east,
Raphael,
Archangel of Air,

Let's invite any negative or limiting messages you've received from your mother,

Which can be transmitted through words,

Just become aware of any thoughts and feelings in your body you're holding because of your mother's communication to you.
Just becoming aware of that in your body,
Those places where you're holding perhaps lower thoughts or feelings.
Embracing those energies,
Those patterns for now,
Embracing them.
Embracing is the first step of transmutation.

Inviting the memories of any negative or limiting messages from your father,
Which can be transmitted to you through words,
Tone,
Tonal voice,
Facial expression,
Body language or through projected energy through silence.
Just anywhere in your body,
You're holding lower thoughts and feelings in your body.
And just coming to awareness of where in the body you hold these thoughts,
Feelings,
These patterns,
Embracing them.

All beings and angels of love to begin to transmit love deep into these lower emotional and mental patterns you're holding in the body and in your energy fields.

Bring to mind any media messages you've received or online judgments or anything of a political or legal nature or religious or moral nature.
Any way you're holding in your body,
Any collective judgments around what's right,
What's wrong.
How men should be,
How women should be or not be.
Any class judgments,
Any racial judgments,
Any superior or inferior judgments or opinions you've received anywhere.
Become aware in your body of any lower frequency patterns in your body or energies or thoughts or feelings which are stuck.
Imagine embracing them.
Allow a transmission of love into all of these places,
All of these patterns,
All of these stuck thoughts or feelings in the body.
Allow a transmission to release any toxic or stuck energies.
Resolving all artificial limits on love.
Expanding your capacity to feel and receive love.
Sending your hearts to love.
Sending it deep into the body,
Deep into your auric field.
Sending the lower,
Allowing in a higher transmission of light.
You're a child of the universe,

And the third layer is the layer of the inner critic.
The inner critic internalizes all of these external judgments from family,
From peers or bosses,
From the collective consciousness.
Let's invite now the critic inside of you,
That part that's always talking to you about what's wrong with you,
Where you're not enough,
Where you're not clever enough or good looking enough or talented enough perhaps.
Where you're the wrong class or race or gender or sexual orientation or the wrong weight.
Perhaps the message is you're flawed,
You do not deserve,
You are not loved by anyone.
Let's invite now the inner critic.
The inner critic and its conversation to you that is usually mostly unconscious.
Allow that conversation to become more conscious.
Bring to awareness any lower thoughts or feelings or patterning the critic is holding and transmitting to you unconsciously,
Just below the level of your consciousness.
A conversation of toxic or stuck energies.
Open now to a transmission of love into the inner critic.
Beginning to dissolve and expand all emotional and mental patterning.
Beginning any limits placed on love,
For all limits are artificial.
A transmission to expand your capacity to feel and receive love and therefore radiate love.
Open your heart to the love all around you.
You are a child of the universe connected to the web of life.
You belong here,

Open and receive and breathe.
Feeling the lower and inviting in the higher energies of love.
Allowing this love into all layers,

Dimensions of the physical body.
