Connect With Your Inner Goddess

Hello,

Beloved.

Welcome to this guided meditation to connect with your inner goddess.

Please find yourself in a comfortable seated position,

Preferably outdoors in nature if possible.

And if not,

Indoors is just fine as well.

Connecting with your legs crossed or seated on a chair,

Make sure that your spine is straight and that your chin is tucked in ever so slightly.

Begin to close your eyes and settle into your body.

Connecting with your breath.

Paying attention to the way your inhalation feels inside your body and the way each exhalation feels.

On your next in-breath,

Breathe all the way down to your lower stomach.

When you breathe out each time,

Make sure you fully exhale and just let out anything that needs to be released at this time.

In-breath in,

Melting into your body.

I invite you to imagine yourself in a field.

It's a beautiful sunny day outside.

And around you are beautiful tall flowers,

Wild flowers of all colors.

You take a moment to smell one of the flowers and appreciate its magnificence.

You look up towards the blue sky and you give thanks.

The Father sky is here to illuminate you,

To create more expansion in your life so that you may rise into your full power.

You bend down and you place your hands on the earth,

Connecting with the great mother who is always present to nurture you,

To nourish you,

To ground and support you.

In between these two places in this gorgeous field,

You feel so held.

You decide to go for a walk and you see a trail ahead of you.

Your feet start to step forward one foot at a time.

The trail leads you through a forest.

You're surrounded with bright green everywhere.

You feel so much gratitude in your heart for this energy.

There's a lot of activity inside this forest with birds chirping,

Insects doing their work,

Chipmunks,

Squirrels scurrying around,

Rabbits,

All kinds of animals you can't see at the moment but you feel their presence.

You make your way through the forest and up ahead you notice a clearing.

As you approach the clearing,

You notice there's a dwelling there.

It's an incredibly luxurious,

Small home.

Whatever luxurious means to you,

That's exactly what it is.

Really visualize the home.

What's it made of?

How many windows does it have?

What color is it?

What do the decorations look like outside and on the front steps,

On the porch if it has one?

You stand there about 20 or 30 feet away from the home just taking it all in and all of a sudden opens a door.

A beautiful,

Radiant,

Strong and empowered woman opens and comes out the door towards you.

She has a large smile on her face.

And she's wearing a vibrant red dress.

She looks stunning and she glows.

You've never met her before but she seems so familiar.

She approaches you and she gives you a warm hug and you stay like that for a few moments.

She invites you to come inside and holds your hand to bring you indoors.

Inside there it feels like heaven to you.

This is your dream home.

Notice what's around you.

Are there any pets inside?

Again what are the colors?

And are there any familiar pieces inside there that are yours that belong to you in life?

She guides you over to the couch and you sit there.

She has a message for you.

What does she say?

Listen.

You feel so taken with this woman.

Now is your chance to ask her anything you want.

Go ahead.

Ask her anything.

Finish up with anything that you're discussing right now together.

Give her thanks.

You stand up together and you embrace.

You walk towards the front door to the house.

You step outside together and walk down the front steps.

She leans towards you and she whispers in your ear.

I am you.

You are a goddess.

You are worthy of love.

You are worthy of all of your dreams.

You are worthy of sexual pleasure.

You are worthy of joy and abundance.

She leans over and picks up a yellow flower and hands it to you.

She guides your hands to place it over your solar plexus and reminds you that self-love is the best kind of love,

The most empowering kind of love and the most freeing kind of love.

She bows to you and she turns around and heads back inside her home without another word.

Leaving you to feel peaceful,

Loved,

Empowered.

So much gratitude.

You are this goddess.

You start to make your way back towards the trail that you came in on.

Leaving behind that beautiful home,

Knowing that it's always there for you and that goddess is always accessible to you.

Whenever you're ready,

You can begin to bring your consciousness back to your body into the place that you're in right now.

Start to sway a little bit.

Move your neck around,

Your fingers and your toes.

Whenever you're ready,

You may open your eyes.

May love and light be with you always.
