Hello,
Darling,
And welcome to this autumn release guided meditation.
My name is Sarah Shirley,
And I'm an intuitive healer,
A spiritual teacher and a channel.
As we welcome in the season of autumn,
We shift gears,
And we begin to slow down.
We begin to start the journey more inwards and to reap our harvest.
And so I invite you to find yourself in a seated position for this experience with your chin slightly tucked so that your spine is straight.
And just begin to take some nice deep breaths into your body.
Imagining yourself breathing in golden light with each inhale and with each exhale,
Feeling your body soften and relax.
Breathing in this golden light,
Allowing it to spread throughout your whole body,
And on the exhale,
Softening and letting go.
I'll allow you to do this for a few more deep breaths,
Letting go of any thoughts that might distract you,
And fully bringing yourself into the present moment.
And taking a moment to ground yourself down deeply into the earth,
Bringing your awareness all the way down to the core of the earth.
And imagine you're wrapping yourself around it.
This is just a reminder that we are cyclical beings.
Just like nature,
We cycle through the seasons,
Through the moons.
We cycle and move through different emotions and experiences in our lives,
Chapters,
And really honoring the cyclical part of yourself.
And I want you to imagine yourself standing outside in a forest barefoot with crunchy red leaves beneath your feet.
And just take a moment to enjoy this experience as you crunch the leaves beneath your feet,
Walking around and exploring this forest.
Just taking a moment to soak in all the colors of nature around you,
The yellow,
The gold,
The orange,
The red,
The green,
The brown,
And the blue sky peeking through the trees above.
And taking a moment to bring your hands to your heart's face.
What seeds did you plant in the springtime that you watered throughout the summer that you now get to harvest in your life?
What energies or intentions did you start that season of spring off with?
Just taking a moment to recognize how you've grown in these last few months,
These past seasons.
Taking a moment to acknowledge your growth,
Even through all the trials and challenges you may have experienced along the way.
What do you get to harvest now in your life?
Just here right now in this present moment that you get to harvest.
And just feeling your heart expand in gratitude for your harvest,
Your inner harvest and maybe your outward harvest.
Maybe you actually planted a garden and you get to enjoy it now.
And maybe it's an inner garden that you've planted with areas you wanted to grow and just noticing how you've grown.
And the season of summer can be very full on sometimes.
Go go go,
Yang energy.
And the invitation now as we move into autumn is to begin to slow down.
And just taking a moment to tune into your body and see where are you carrying a little bit extra that you don't need to carry anymore.
Just notice where you're feeling any tightness or tension in your body.
And imagine yourself like a tree,
Just like the other trees in this forest.
And allow yourself to shed now,
To shed the extra weight,
The extra energy,
Perhaps any energies that you're carrying that belong to others.
Shedding any stress or worry or rushing energy,
Any fatigue that you're carrying,
Allowing it all to just fall down to the earth so that it can be composted.
Just feel yourself keep softening as you do this.
How can you let go even more and shed even more of what's ready to be let go of now?
And breathing into your body as you continue moving through this process of letting go.
And feel yourself slowing down as you do this.
Feel the sweetness of that gift you can offer yourself of slowing down.
Dropping any baggage that you're carrying that is ready to go.
Just drop it.
Allow it to fall.
And let go of this inner peace.
And breathing deeply into your body as you allow this feeling of inner peace to spread throughout you.
Notice what that looks like or feels like for you,
Inner peace,
Knowing that you are exactly where you're meant to be.
And trusting your journey,
Trusting the process that you're experiencing right now.
And deeply honoring your cycles.
And for some of us autumn can be a difficult season as we experience the impending winter approaching.
And can you find peace and softness in that?
Just allowing whatever's here,
Accepting,
Surrendering.
And taking a deep breath in once again.
Let's do that together twice more.
Taking a deep breath and sighing on the exhale.
One last time,
Breathing in deeply.
And beginning to bring your awareness back into the space that you are in,
Into the present moment.
Beginning to move your body ever so gently.
And opening your eyes whenever you're ready.
Picking your time.
I wish you many blessings for the season ahead.
May you find that inner peace and softness and stillness.
May you enjoy your harvest and enjoy this next chapter.
