Hello beautiful being and welcome.
Sarah Shirley and I will be your guide today.
I invite you to get into a comfortable seated position.
Your legs crossed or seated on a chair.
Making sure that your spine is straight.
That your chin is slightly tucked in.
You can have your hands resting gently on your lap.
And this position allows for the light to move through you.
More easily up and down your spine.
Energy to move.
Thank you for being here for this meditation to help you connect with Jesus.
His real name is Yeshua.
And I'm here to help you connect with Him today outside of religion.
The being who walked on this planet and who made a massive,
Massive impact.
To help you connect with His true essence.
Shedding any perceptions or stories around Him.
That have been painted by others.
So that you can connect truly and deeply with Him and with His love.
So beginning by taking some nice nourishing breaths into your body.
Breathing in deeply through your nose.
And then slow inhalation.
And slowly breathing out through your mouth.
Again breathing in deeply through the nose.
Nourishing yourself.
And out through the mouth.
Letting go of any stress,
Any tension.
And any old stories that are ready to be released right now.
One last time.
Long,
Slow,
Deep inhale.
And this time on the exhale letting out a gentle sound.
And taking a moment to feel yourself being fully supported by the surface beneath you.
Feeling held.
And as you drop your awareness deeper and deeper.
It extends down into the earth.
This beautiful loving planet that has been around for so long.
Allow your awareness to go down,
Down,
Down.
All the way down to the core of the earth.
And envision yourself almost as if you're hugging the core of the earth.
The spirit of the earth.
Just allowing your heart to open here.
And the spirit of the earth,
The core of the earth to cleanse your heart space.
Allowing this energy to help melt away any trauma you may be carrying.
From past lives.
From your ancestry or even from this lifetime.
Religion may have hurt you or others.
And to let go of any programming and conditioning that you may have received.
That doesn't feel in alignment for your highest good anymore.
Just allowing this to happen.
You don't need to think about it,
Just allow.
Your higher self knows.
Continue receiving in your heart.
Breathing into this space lovingly and gently.
Feeling your heart becoming lighter and lighter.
Beginning to breathe energy from the core of the earth right into your heart.
And imagine this fiery white energy.
Helping to light up your beautiful heart.
Purifying you.
Opening you more deeply to yourself.
And to your connection to the divine.
And I want you to begin to now imagine yourself walking along nature.
You're walking towards this beautiful mountain.
Walking barefoot on the earth.
You can smell the salt and the air from the sea.
And the gentle breeze is blowing your hair.
And you begin to walk up a trail along this mountain.
And with each step you have this remembrance.
This is Mount Carmel.
This is where Yeshua and the Essenes,
His family,
Beautiful way of living.
This monastic style of living.
Community on the mountain.
The Essenes were a spiritual group and they trained.
Vigorously and beautifully.
All helping to lead the way for Yeshua and for his mission.
So witness yourself continuing to ascend this mountain.
Until you reach this flat area.
There's a little bonfire lit and shrubbery.
And there's just this feeling of home here.
So as you arrive here you feel the pulpit sit around the fire.
And within no time you see a figure off in the distance.
This glowing white light.
And as this being comes closer and closer you see there's gold and white.
And with him,
He comes right towards you and he smiles.
And his eyes light up.
There's a sparkle in his eyes.
And just notice how that feels in your body to connect.
And yourself to open to this experience.
Feeling yourself relax.
As he takes out his hand and holds yours to his heart.
And he says thank you.
Thank you for being here.
And he shares that he is but one piece of the puzzle.
That his heart hurts because the masculine has been represented.
And he wants you to know how deeply he loves the feminine.
How powerful he believes women to be.
And he asks if it's okay if Mary Magdalene joins you now.
Because he's sharing that this is the true picture.
And he believes that the more of us know this,
The more peace there will be on earth.
To represent the masculine and the feminine.
And so just welcoming Mary here,
Mary Magdalene,
Into this space with you.
Around this fire.
And together they're giving you a hug.
They are so grateful you're here right now in this moment.
They're saying that they love you.
And that you're special to them.
And that they want you to live your own truth no matter what.
They lived theirs during a time on earth when it was very dangerous to do so.
And now things are much lighter.
Despite the things that are happening on this planet still.
It is much lighter.
And the lightworkers are needed.
And that starts,
First of all,
By just living your truth.
And being loved.
Living in that vibration.
They're saying even when you're having a hard day,
You can still choose to love that hard day.
To know it's part of your human existence.
And they're saying you can call upon them at any time when you would like support.
Any time you feel fearful to move forward.
Put yourself out there.
Where you feel you need to do something because that's what you should do.
The invitation now is to live your truth.
Live in a way that's meaningful for you.
In which you feel alive and free to be yourself.
And so Mary's just stepping away a little bit so you can connect more deeply with Yeshua once again.
And just holding both of each other's hands.
Looking into each other's eyes.
He wants to share a message with you.
Just take a moment to drop in and allow whatever wants to come through.
It could be an image.
You might hear words.
Perhaps it's just a feeling in your body that comes through.
So just thanking Him for this message.
And you begin to dance together around the fire.
Creating space for silliness.
Just taking a moment to feel in and tune in.
What does your dream life look like?
What does this life of truth look like to you?
Learning to share your light.
Deepest depths of your soul.
Feel that in your body.
And when you're ready,
You can begin to say goodbye to Yeshua and to Mary Magdalene.
Thanking them for this experience.
For this encounter.
And they just want you to know that you can call upon them at any time.
This is the direct path to deeper connection with any Ascended Masters.
To experience them directly.
Feel them.
See them.
Listen.
And you will receive the guidance that's most important for you and for your soul.
So beginning to make your way back down this mountain.
Saying goodbye to beautiful Mount Carmel.
And finding your way fully back into your body.
Feeling the surface beneath you.
Holding you.
Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Stretching a little bit.
Opening your eyes whenever you're ready.
