
Sleep & Relaxation Through Manifestation

If we can attract abundance and prosperity through manifestation, then why can't we achieve quality sleep using the same process? In this sleep meditation, Saqib will be guiding you through some tools of manifestation, which will help you experience quality, deep sleep.

If our external world is the reflection of our internal world,
If we can manifest abundance,
Prosperity,
Relationships,
And happiness in our lives,
Then why can't we manifest deep,
Restful sleep for ourselves?
I welcome you to this meditation.
My name is Saqib,
And I will guide you through a journey during which you will manifest quality sleep for yourself.
I will be just guiding you through some tools of manifestation,
But ultimately you yourself will be creating a wonderful sleep life through the power of your own mind and the power of your emotions.
But before we start,
I would like to tell you that I love you.
I believe that you and I have met for this meditation for a reason,
And that reason is the transformation of your sleep.
So without further ado,
Let's get started with the meditation.
I would now request you to lie down in a comfortable position if you haven't done so already.
Just check if you can relax your body slightly more,
At least 20% more.
Keep your eyes open for now.
I will prompt you to close them soon.
Now just be aware of your external surroundings.
Notice the space that you are in.
Feel the weight of your body.
Feel the air on your skin.
The smell in the air.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Notice what is there in your line of sight.
Is it the roof or a wall?
Scan the entire roof or wall or whatever is there in your line of sight.
If it is too dark and you can't see anything,
Just gaze into the darkness.
And now bring your focus to a single point on the roof,
The wall or any single point in the darkness in the line of your sight,
And just gaze at this point for some time.
Let your gaze be a soft gaze.
Don't strain your eyes.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breathing for some time.
Keep your awareness on your nostrils as the air goes in and out of them.
Count at least three more complete breaths.
Female,
Point as in three complete breaths.
You You Tool number one is Sankalpa.
Sankalpa means intention.
To sleep well,
We must first set our intention of sleep.
I will be saying the words of Sankalpa,
And you can repeat after me silently in your heart.
Let's start.
I give deep rest,
Relaxation,
And sleep to my mind and my body.
I give deep rest,
Relaxation,
And sleep to my mind and my body.
I give deep rest,
Relaxation,
And sleep to my mind and my body.
Tool number two is visualization.
So imagine yourself sleeping deeply.
See yourself lying down in your cozy and comfortable bed with your eyes closed and a slight smile of satisfaction on your face.
The place you are sleeping in is your sleep sanctuary.
You can decorate it in your imagination as you want.
Go ahead and visualize yourself sleeping.
See the peace on your face due to the quality of deep sleep you are having.
And now,
Tool number three is sense of touch.
Feel anything that is touching your body.
You can sense the touch of your own bed,
Pillow,
Or blanket,
Or you can even sense the touch of your guardian angel giving you a tight loving hug while you sleep.
Go ahead and sense that touch.
Tool number four is feeling.
I will now ask you to place one or both of your hands on your chest at the heart center.
And now feel the satisfaction,
Relaxation,
Bliss,
And happiness in your heart due to this restful deep sleep that you are getting.
Feel your heart filling with happiness as if your hand is transferring this blissful energy to your heart.
And now feel this satisfaction and bliss spread to your entire body.
Feel your body relaxed due to this happiness.
Now you can place your hands back to their original position.
Tool number five is surrender and trust.
It is now time to leave control and surrender the responsibility of your sleep to the universe.
I will be saying the words of surrender and trust and you can repeat after me silently in your heart.
Let's start.
Dear universe,
I surrender my sleep to you and I place my trust in you.
Dear universe,
I surrender my sleep to you and I place my trust in you.
Dear universe,
I surrender my sleep to you and I place my trust in you.
And the final tool,
Tool number six is Kriyatakya or gratitude.
Let's now thank the universe for this quality sleep.
Let's start.
I thank you universe for providing me with relaxing and restful sleep.

Now check if there are any thoughts in your mind right now.
Imagine these thoughts as bubbles,
Like soap bubbles,
Floating in front of you with each thought representing one bubble.
In your imagination,
Pop these bubbles one by one with a slight touch of your finger,
Just in your imagination.
The gateway to the world of sleep is through the heart.
So now we will journey from our mind to our heart and into a place of silence and stillness where we will rest,
Relax and sleep deeply.
For this,
We will move our awareness from the mind to the throat,
To the heart and into that place of silence and stillness.
So bring your awareness now at the point between your eyebrows.
Gradually move your awareness downwards and place your awareness at your throat,
At the center of your neck.
And now move your awareness further downwards and place it at the center of your chest.
From here we will journey into a place of silence,
A place of stillness,
A place of pure being.
This place is deep within you.
This place is your sanctuary where you can rest,
Relax and sleep deeply.
Descend down into your sanctuary as I guide you.
I will be counting back from 10 to 1 and as I do so with each count,
Imagine and feel as if you are descending one step into your sanctuary.
