Julien Lacaille, Ph.D. is a mindfulness teacher and clinical psychologist located in Montreal, QC. His approach is based on the Vipassana tradition, secular mindfulness approaches, as well as experiential psychotherapeutic approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and memory reconsolidation. He holds Facilitation Certificates in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) from the Centre for Mindfulness Studies, and have offered mindfulness-based groups for over a decade.
