Connect into your higher self and find answers from within. A perfect meditation to move from stuck, unclear and indecisiveness to clarity, calm and confidence to move forward. In this meditation Nik takes you through a simple grounding and connecting meditation, ending with a pause for you to ask a question of your higher self. You can frame this as either an open question or a yes or no question. With both, notice the sensations of your body, as well as direct clear "yes" or "no"s for your answer. You may even find them coming to you during your day after the meditation. May this bring you the clarity you desire.

So welcome to your meditation,

Finding space and connecting in with your higher self.

Find a comfortable place to sit or to lie for the next 15-20 minutes.

And let your body melt and relax.

And then take 3 deep breaths,

So a nice deep breath into the belly.

And when you let go,

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

And 2 more deep breaths as you breathe in this time,

Nice and deep all the way into the belly.

Creating space,

Connecting in with that space.

And breathing out,

Letting go.

And last breath,

Breathing in.

Connect with the space that you've created in your body,

In the lungs,

In the belly,

In the chest.

And letting go.

And just settling into that space where your dantian is or your power place.

So it's a space just below your belly in the bowl of your pelvis.

And just bringing your attention to that area in your body.

And breathe into that space,

Noticing it rise and fall.

And then bring your attention and take it from that space and imagine that you are going down into the center of the earth.

So past the floorboards or the floor,

Past the ground,

Past the first layer of earth.

And all the way,

Travel all the way into the center of the earth.

And find that peaceful mama earth space in the middle of the planet.

And just feel that warmth and care and nurturing in the center of the planet.

And then bringing that energy of the center of the planet back up and into your body,

Back into your power place.

And connecting it in from your belly,

Into your heart.

Breathing from that compassionate,

Warm and nurturing space from the center of the planet into your body.

And just imagining the warmth spreading through your body,

Melting away any resistance,

Melting away any blocks of tension.

Melting away,

Melting away.

And just notice the space that you now have in your body and beyond your body.

As you've let things melt away and drop away from your existence.

And if there's any area of tension or any area that feels heavy or stuck or not light,

Then breathing in this energy from the center of the earth and from your belly and from your heart,

Bringing this warmth and lightness into that area.

Breathing it in consciously,

Becoming aware of it and paying attention.

Breathing in light and warmth and love.

And letting the resistance and tension and heaviness melt away and disappear.

And then you're done with that.

Breathing into all of the space that you have created in your body.

Noticing the spaces in your stomach,

In your heart,

In your lungs,

In your throat,

In your eyes,

In your shoulders,

In your back,

Between the spine,

In your belly.

And imagining that this space and this warmth and this light from your belly and your heart connect together.

So now it's a big ball of light or a big ball of warmth or a big ball of light and a big ball of space and letting that expand out to the edges of your skin.

And then letting this space expand out to just above or beyond your skin.

And with your breath,

Just directing the space,

This light,

This warmth to expand out to the depths of your breath.

So breathing out,

Imagining it expanding for as far as your breath will reach.

And keep breathing your space bubble,

Your light bubble,

Your warmth bubble,

Further and further out.

So that now occupies the room you're in,

It now occupies the space,

The building you're in,

It occupies the city,

The state you're in.

With each breath it expands and now occupies the country you're in.

With the next breath it expands out and occupies the next country.

Until it wraps itself around the earth and as you breathe it expands out to reach the stars and beyond.

And now notice the space that you have created.

And from this space you can now ask your question that you would like answered from your higher self.

Pop that question into your space.

And when you have done that,

Just breathing into the space and waiting for an answer to appear.

Letting go of any idea of what it should sound like,

Letting go of any idea of what you would like to hear.

Letting your answer be presented to you as it needs to be.

And continue breathing into the space and allowing more space and light and warmth to fill up,

To surround you,

To expand and to allow your higher self to give you an answer.

And now notice the space that you have created.

So you can use this meditation anytime that you need to connect in with your higher self and you would like an answer from your higher self.

Remember that it takes time and practice to get a clear succinct answer.

So be patient and continue breathing and expanding into the space as long as you need.

It could take up to an hour to get an answer or even if not more.

It could take several meditations over the course of a few days.

So just be patient and kind to yourself and know that it is all a practice to be able to access the wisdom of your higher self.
