So this meditation is about handling the fear of failure.
And firstly just bring into your mind's eye what is the thing that you want to create through your business or through your life.
So if it is safe to do so,
Please close your eyes.
And we're going to take a few deep breaths just to connect into here and now.
And for those of you who would like some energetic support in this,
Just say yes in your third eye.
And for those of you who would prefer not to have my energetic support,
Just say no in your third eye.
So our intention today is to bring into alignment anything that is not in alignment to achieving whatever it is that you're bringing to this meditation right now.
And firstly bring up that idea,
That desire,
Into your mind's eye.
And maybe you're going to say this out loud.
Maybe you're going to see the picture of it.
Maybe you're just going to feel,
Feel it.
However it is that you are focusing on what it is that you want,
Do that now in your third eye.
What do you desire?
What are you bringing to life?
What would you like manifest?
And we're calling all attention to this moment now.
So any thoughts in the past,
Any thoughts in the future,
Any thoughts that are not present with this video,
Not present with this focus now,
We are calling them into this moment.
Focusing purely on what is manifest,
What is desired to be manifest,
What is manifest.
And feel the drawing of your energy purely on this point of focus,
Your third eye.
And now we are bringing our attention down through our body to the base of our feet.
And following our feet all the way through the floor,
All the way through the ground,
All the way down to the middle of the earth.
And taking a breath there in that energy of the earth.
And now we pull this energy up,
We ask this energy to come up with us as we move our attention through the crusts of the earth,
All the way back through our feet.
And we just rest at our feet,
Feel the connection of your feet on the earth.
And we bring this mantra to mind as we focus our energy on the feet and ground connection.
I am planting.
So take your vision and plant it down into the earth through the feet chakra.
And as you do this,
You may feel a sensation of connection.
And as you do this,
You may feel a sensation of tingling or like sprouting underneath your feet.
I am planting this stream,
I am planting this desire to be manifest in this 3D physical world that I walk upon.
Some of you may like to stamp that into the ground.
So if that feels good for you,
Lift your feet and stamp it into the ground.
Not too hard,
Just a little bit.
Firmly place,
Seed that into the earth.
And we ask this energy to move up now that you have planted all the way up to the root chakra,
The base of your spine.
And here we say to ourselves,
I am safe to have this created.
I am safe to have this created.
And for those of you who have asked for energetic support,
I am just doing a little clearing on the root chakra here for any of you who are not experiencing safety and creating what you desire.
And for those of you who wish to do this by yourself,
Asking for that intention to come through,
Asking for energy to flow through you.
And with every breath in,
We create space.
And with every breath out,
We let it go.
And we misalign thoughts or beliefs about safety that stop you from creating what it is that you desire.
We let go.
Beautiful.
And then we amplify this energy in the root chakra.
I am safe to create what I desire.
I am safely creating what I desire.
We just amplify it so it moves slightly bigger than it already is.
And then maybe it moves to the bigness of what it is that you are creating,
That you have created,
That is here presently now.
And only you know how big that is.
So let your energy fill the space of the bigness of that creation.
Now moving our way up,
We move to the next chakra,
The sacral chakra in the belly.
I am creative and nurturing.
I'm a nurturer of what I want.
And as you say,
This feel growing.
Feel the growth of what it is that you desire.
Notice the growth cycles that it goes through,
Periods that it goes through,
To become what it is that you truly desire.
And we do a little bit of clearing on this nurturing space for those of you who feel that you cannot nurture.
There's something stuck there in the creative part of you.
We are just going to clear any of those misalignments now.
As we breathe in,
We create space.
As we breathe out,
We let go.
Two more breaths like this.
Clearing out any stagnant,
Unaligned energy from your sacral chakra.
A place of creativity,
Of womb,
Of nurturing,
Of birthing.
So healing the energy of your sacral chakra as it is.
And now we invite it to expand as big as what it is that you have manifested.
Allowing the energy of your sacral chakra to fill that space.
Allowing the energy of your sacral chakra to expand the bigness of what it is that you desire,
What it is that you have created already.
Now coming up to the solar plexus.
Turning all your attention into this space.
And repeating,
I am powerful and I am focused.
I am powerful and I am focused.
I am powerful and I am focused.
And we do some clearing of this space for those of you who do not feel your self-power.
You do not feel your focus on what it is that you desire.
We breathe in,
We create space,
We breathe out,
We let go.
Anything that is misaligned to creating what it is that you desire,
To having what it is that you desire.
To making manifest what you desire,
Breathe in,
Create space,
Breathe out.
Let go.
Last one.
Breathe in and now we amplify the energy of the solar plexus.
Your power,
Your drive,
Your focus on what it is that you manifest.
We allow it to grow to the bigness of that which you dream of.
Of that which has already happened.
And moving to the heart chakra.
The bottom half of the heart chakra is just a little bit of a space.
The top half of the heart chakra,
Which connects to self.
Saying I am loving of myself and I am fully accepting of myself.
I am loving of myself and I am fully accepting of myself.
I am loving of myself and I am fully accepting of myself.
And we do some clearing on this space for anyone who is not feeling that.
Breathing in,
Creating space.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
As you breathe in,
Create that space and movement in any areas that are stagnant.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
Last one.
Removing anything from this lower heart energy that is not in alignment to what you desire.
Breathing in,
Letting go.
And we focus on this lower heart energy and we amplify it to fill the space of what has been manifested for us.
And we move up to the upper part of the heart chakra.
Concerned with love of others.
And repeating,
I am loved and I am love.
I am loved and I am love.
I am loved and I am love.
I am loved and I am love.
And the next breath in we clear anything that is not that.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
And creating space and movement.
Breathing out,
Letting go.
Last one.
Anything that is not that.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And then we focus on this upper heart energy and we allow that energy to expand to fill the bigness of what it is that we have manifested.
And we move our way to the throat chakra.
Here we repeat the words,
I am a powerful and magnetic communicator.
I am a powerful and magnetic communicator.
I am a powerful and magnetic communicator.
And just clearing all this space.
Breathing in.
Anything that is misaligned,
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Anything that is not your truth,
Breathing out.
Anything that is fear of speaking what you create,
Breathing out.
Breathing this energy,
This clear channel of communication.
And allowing it to grow just as big as that which you have manifested.
See that energy filling the space.
We move up to the third eye.
Moving your attention here to this energy and repeating,
I am intuition.
I am intuitive.
I am intuition.
Wearing any blocks in this space that are stopping you from using this gift that you have.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Anything left,
Breathing out.
Re-gathering and re-focusing on this energy in the third eye.
Amplifying this energy to fill the space of that which you have already created.
And now we draw our attention up to the crown chakra.
Breathing your attention and energy to the space.
And repeating,
I am limitless.
I am limitless.
I am limitless.
And anything that is blocking this channel from your love,
From your connection,
From limitless essence to you,
Or blocking the channel from the ground up,
To believing this,
We are clearing with three breaths.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
And last breath,
Anything that is left,
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Feeling this energy of limitlessness,
Allowing it to expand to its limitlessness beyond what it is that you have already created.
And in this space of limitlessness,
You are reminded that everything that you wish to have,
From this space of limitlessness,
You are reminded that nothing can stop you.
Nothing is out of your reach because it has already been given.
From this place of limitlessness,
You are reminded that you can rest in the knowledge that you have created what you desire.
And then repeating in your third eye,
Your desire,
But this time prefacing it with I am the desire.
And say this three times as we close up this meditation.
Breathing in,
I am the desire.
I am the desire.
The desire.
I'm going to exit very gently,
Feeling the tingles,
Feeling all the things,
Seeing your vision created right here,
Right now.
And as you begin to open your eyes,
See the vision created out in the 3D world in front of you,
Slowly coming back here to this space with me,
Seeing that your vision has already been manifested and I'm celebrating you for having manifested your dreams.
