Clear As Light

We're going to drop even deeper now my sweet.

Listen to that sound and drop right down into the centre of it.

This body is ready to do its most profound shift of energy.

This beautiful being is clear and open and in this energy of light and love we see ourselves again.

Reconnecting to this beautiful heart and feeling the love here for all life and the love for this beautiful being that I am.

Send immense love to your being.

Think about you as a little being,

A tiny little baby being formed.

Think about everything that came into that package of you that was imprinted through your line.

This beautiful little package that was carrying memories and history,

Imprints and signals carrying the legacy of the line.

Think how strong this little being is that it decides to get up and walk and move into this life.

And with such incredible awe and respect we think about all the experiences that we've been willing to have,

Really challenging on so many levels.

We can barely fathom when we look back that this has been our journey.

So incredible is the journey that we have done.

And we think about our strength and our courage,

Our fortitude and the way we found a way,

We found a way even when it seemed impossible,

We found a way.

And we realize that all the time this beautiful heart was guiding us.

Tune into your heart,

This divine heart has been guiding us.

On every step of this amazing journey this heart has been showing us the way home.

We have this deep sense of longing for home,

Longing for light and compassion and love,

Unconditional love.

The heart has always been showing us the way and we have been moving our entire existence towards it.

In the struggle,

In the contrast we have learned what it is that we would choose now with all our heart and all our soul.

See yourself coming to the choice point,

Understanding contrast and all the situation and all the hardship has been revealing something that we must remember.

We must remember the longing of the heart is not just a wishful hopefulness,

It truly is a wishful hopefulness.

It truly is an inner compass.

It has been guiding us towards what it is that we seek with all our soul.

We reconnect now to that inner compass,

That light.

And we know it not just as yearning but we know it as absolute truth.

And see yourself now standing in that truth as if you can be right in the centre of a light pouring into the top of your crown.

You stand so absolutely in the centre of this that your light and the light pouring into you radiates into you and through you and around you.

And here you stand and receive this incredible light,

This flow.

And we understand this as grace.

I receive the energy of grace.

This beautiful body allows me now without any distractions,

Without any ideas of pursuing and doing and having to deserve to simply stand here and receive.

The divine light pulls into me and through me.

The divine light touches every cell,

Bone,

Marrow,

Nerve,

Tissue,

Bone,

Bone,

Bone,

Bone.

The divine light touches every cell,

Bone,

Marrow,

Nerve,

Tissue and fibre of my being.

Every atom and every telomere,

Every mitochondria.

This beautiful being receives the healing light to restore it.

And the deepest gratitude for this body,

For showing up and showing up and feeling the impact of this life.

I give to my body this healing light.

I give it as a deep thanks,

A deep gratitude.

Thank you for being so generous and allowing me to feel so much.

I give you now my beautiful being,

This healing balm of light.

May it pour into this being and see it now,

See it illuminating you from your very center,

Cleaning,

Clearing,

Cleansing,

Healing,

Cauterizing,

Sealing.

And as you look in and through your beautiful being,

Notice how clear you are and guides us all the time that we are doing this journey.

Song of the soul speaks to us.

And then we understand that we have never been alone.

While we have been here in this beautiful human form,

We have been held and guided.

The divine light has been pouring into us and shining upon us.

And we now merge the two frequencies into one beautiful sound.

The sound of our life and the sound of our soul.

And the song becomes one.

We reconnect to essence,

To who we truly are,

Beings of love,

Beings of light.

Feel your whole body connecting into this and integrating now.

A sense of peace and calm,

Wellness and flow,

Ease.

The body flows with health and wellness.

This beautiful calm,

This beautiful alignment,

This beautiful energy,

Pouring right through the center of me,

Centered,

Strong,

Aligned.

I receive this gift so that I can transmit this energy.

And when we send it out from us,

It amplifies our own healing.

And imagine you know how to do that,

Simply by allowing yourself to receive.

Become aware how much you are giving.

And radiate this now to those who are ready to receive deep and profound healing in their lives.

Radiate it into the earth,

It is the greatest gift we can give to ourselves and then give to others.

We open the energy around the throat,

The energy here of absolute giving,

Receiving,

Flow and ease.

Think of the little portal of the throat allowing,

Letting nourishment,

Nutrition,

Water,

Air to come into the being,

Life force energy.

We think about how we hold life force energy in our body and our being.

Feel here at your throat the agreement to just be,

To allow,

To give,

To receive.

Such beautiful energy at the throat and becomes very clear to us what it is that we are to claim,

Stand for,

Speak for and hold.

Everything becomes clear because we are tapping into guidance,

Opening up the Paneer Chakra and seeing and viewing and spectating and participating in this world in a whole new way.

Opening up heightened vision,

Perception,

Clear voids,

Clear audience,

Clear sentience,

Clear cognizance.

I begin to perceive in a whole new way.

I activate my multi-dimensional being.

I send a message of love to my brain,

My body,

My being for being able to interpret this now,

To receive so that I can give beautiful energy here.

As you hold that receiving energy,

Connect it again to your heart and that we cleanse and purify through the heart the place of absolute truth,

Our inner compass.

Everything that we are receiving,

All the gifts of sight,

Insight,

Intuition,

That this comes towards us and only that which serves our most divine and most gracious life journey are we willing to receive here.

Feel like you can receive abundantly beautiful you and rest deeply.

Just allow.

And here at my solar plexus,

The deep memory,

I stood before the Council of Light.

I chose this journey.

I understood exactly what it was that I would be part of and I know that I am fully equipped to be in every step and every breath of this life.

Become aware of how many guides and loving presence came with you to support you and help you,

To hold you and give thanks to them now.

Thank you for your presence in my life and for holding me and all the times that I thought I was alone.

I was never alone.

Send a message right into your solar plexus to the place of your divine and sacred agreement and come into complete agreement here.

Connect this energy with your throat.

I agree to give me what will nourish me and bring the energy of flourishing into my being.

I agree to allow,

To give,

To claim and bring that energy into the solar plexus.

As it comes into the solar plexus,

We claim once again our divine and sacred life purpose.

We claim our sovereign being of light and love.

We are not tethered or tied in any way to any of the distortions through all time,

Through all frames,

See yourself claiming that and thanking this body for being willing to touch upon the threads of awareness in the woven tapestry of our past so that you could be the healer in this moment,

Choosing to heal,

Choosing to love and choosing to forgive.

Feel this energy.

I am choosing once again and this time I'm choosing consciously in this life journey.

I choose in the consciousness of my human form to claim the status of who I am,

A divine being of light and love,

A sovereign being of light and love.

I stand here in my full and absolute power,

Clear,

Balanced,

Aligned,

Connected.

Feel the connection to your life,

To your life force and to the life force of all others.

I can stand here right now so absolutely clear and radiate from the center point this energy around me of absolute forgiveness and love,

That it is easy for me to stand and to do this.

That I have never been and never will be part of any of the injustices and the horrors and the sadness and that I was willing to come into them to see them and feel them to heal them.

But that was the contract and that I would remember who I am at some point.

I'm remembering now.

I remember who I am.

I stand here clear as a light and I radiate this healing light to all life,

To all beings through all time,

Backwards and forwards in the field of no time.

I radiate light to all beings.

May they be well.

May they be healed.

May we become clear,

Clearer moment by moment with every breath.

May we restore who we are.

Remember who we are.

Grounding this energy into your second chakra,

Connecting it,

Aligning it.

Feeling the deep cleansing here of all cords of connection to all distortions now completely clear.

See this part of your body completely clear.

Pour the divine light from the top of your crown in and through your body,

Amplified through your gracious loving heart,

Connected into your solar plexus as you remember who you are and then bathe it into this body,

Into every cell and bone and into the organs and tissue,

Into the bloodstream,

Into every mitochondrion,

Atom of this being.

Receive healing now into every part of this body.

I am well.

I move in this life with ease and laughter,

Lightness and compassion,

Kindness,

Flow,

Grace.

This body is so well.

This body is glowing with health.

This body is glowing with the light of the divine.

Beautiful you.

Bringing that energy down now into the body,

Into the base.

See yourself once again standing upon this earth.

See you here standing upon this earth.

See you in your mind's eye as the human being in the form that you have taken but then see beyond that.

See beyond that.

See who you really are.

See your light,

Your grace,

Your graciousness.

See your luminous being.

Remember who you are.

Standing in this grace of this body,

Experiencing myself as a human,

Doing the most gracious work for this human species through this human towards all human beings.

Let that part of you that is complete light,

That is your essence of the divine,

Let it see you and see all life through you in this way.

And then feel this beautiful body that is your gift,

That has taken you on this journey.

Think about the first steps you took as that little baby so determined to get up and be part of this life,

To walk,

To take this walk and send the gift of love to this human being that is here now,

This beautiful adult.

So much love.

This life holds me and supports me abundantly.

I hold and support this life abundantly.

The joy of life fills my soul.

I feel this joy of life overflowing in my being.

Let this beautiful energy amplify your frequency now as we gently allow ourselves to come once again home into this time,

This place.

And here is the energy vibration of grounding.

See yourself connecting into this earth,

This place,

This space.

Feel the energy of the space.

Feel the energy that is in you and around you and now create this beautiful idea of a part of chrysalis of energy around you.

And then we're going to lock in this energy as we do with the beautiful work of Donna Eden.

So just free your hands,

Shake them a little bit,

And flick the fingers.

Then bring the tips of your hands left and right,

Touch the pubic bone,

Press on this anchoring point and think about stability,

Strength,

Holding your space,

Claiming your energy in your life.

And then see yourself zipping the energy up as you follow the midline of your body all the way up over your sternum,

Under your throat,

To the tip of your chin,

Into the hollow of the chin and stop there.

Press and anchor the energy here.

See yourself zipping up your beautiful energy now completely and imagine that you've got two keys in these hands.

Lock the space,

Turn the keys and then as much as is comfortable for you,

Pull your hands up through the midline over your nostril,

Nose,

Tip of your nose,

Over your brow,

As far in as well as you can reach.

Let your arms reach upward to touch the energy of grace.

Open your ribs with a deep breath and then pull the energy as if these are your wings opening now all the way around you.

Pull the energy down until your hands touch once again and complete the circle.

Wonderful you.

Now anchor,

Hold the anchoring point with the other hand,

Go right up to the little knot in the throat,

That little hollow,

Hold and anchor.

Take your hand from the knot in the throat and then go to the tip of the chin,

Anchor,

Tip of the nose,

Feel the connection of your central line to the top of your head,

Your brow and the crown.

Beautiful you.

And bring the balance of your hands to your heart,

Feel the left and the right,

Feel the balance of both sides of your body and you right in the center.

Touch your heart in the center of the sternum.
