Get into a quiet and comfortable place where you can relax your body and relax your mind and everything around you is quiet and you can just listen to my voice and you can begin to quiet everything.
Begin to focus on your breathing.

Everything is beginning to slow down,

Everything is slowing down and you are feeling at peace and you are feeling quiet.

Releasing all thoughts,

Only focus on breathing in and out.
