Hi,
Good morning.
This is Denzel again and of course today I am going to be doing a meditation for protection.
We all feel a little out of place right now.
Balance is something that we strive for every day.
We feel vulnerable.
We feel unprotected.
We feel at risk.
Around us is the pandemic.
So how do you feel safe and protected?
And I would say one of the best ways is to go inward.
So through this meditation we will be going inward and sending protection to ourselves.
Sending protection to those around us and then sending protection to the world.
I want you to sit comfortably.
You can sit cross legged on the floor but if you can't manage that,
Then sit on a nice comfortable chair with your feet on the floor firmly planted uncrossed.
I would like to thank you for being with me in this meditation.
We will begin.
Close your eyes.
Sit up straight.
And just follow your breath.
Gently as it enters your nostrils into your body.
And slowly follow it back.
As you exhale,
Do this a couple of times.
Breathe in.
Nice deep breath.
And then slowly breathe out.
Eyes closed.
Back straight.
Energies flowing through you as you breathe in and breathe out.
I would now like to visualize a rainbow.
A seven coloured rainbow.
And that rainbow is over you.
So draw a rainbow mentally.
From your right to your left.
Just encircling you.
It's the happy rainbow of protection.
I am protecting you.
I am protected.
I am healed whole and complete.
And the rainbow is my shield.
I,
Say your name,
Am protected.
I am healthy,
Happy,
Healed whole and complete.
And a rainbow of protection surrounds me.
The brilliance of the rainbow.
A rainbow of protection.
It's like a shield.
It's like a great book over you.
Anytime you're feeling vulnerable or at risk.
When you step out of home.
Just draw a rainbow of protection over you.
It sends out a message to the world,
To the energies around us,
That we are protected.
And now I'd like you to make this rainbow a little bigger.
So we extend it a little on the right and a little on the left.
And we bring into this rainbow all of those we love and cherish.
And wish protection for.
That they too are protected and healed whole and complete.
Healthy and at peace.
And into this rainbow of protection now,
We bring our home,
Our office,
Places that we work in,
Places that we go to,
Our cars.
That all the spaces that we are in are all protected.
That they're all safe spaces.
That they're spaces of peace and calm and joy and health.
To each of these places,
Let us draw a rainbow of protection and send it.
To all our journeys that the vehicles that we travel in are protected.
To our office that the space and all our colleagues are protected.
That the feeling of protection comes over all of those that we come in contact with.
That we believe in their safety and they believe in their safety.
Today more than ever,
That's very important.
That our city is protected.
That there's this big rainbow that actually surrounds our city.
Where we stay.
That protection comes over our city.
That slowly health is restored.
That slowly all kinds of disease slowly recede.
And a happy rainbow of protection surrounds our city.
Let's put this out into the universe.
If all of us put this protection out into the universe,
Disease and discomfort and any kind of fear that we have is removed.
We're removing fear and in its place we're putting a rainbow of protection.
That the country that we live in is protected.
A rainbow of hope,
A rainbow of protection surrounds our country.
And finally for the world we live in.
That we start to care for it.
That we send out protection.
Because if we send out protection,
We're caring for our world.
That we care for our environment.
That we care for nature.
That we care for fellow human beings.
That we care for the animals.
That everybody is happy and smiling.
And peace prevails.
Our big learning for all of us through this lifetime.
That calm and peace prevail.
And that simple dread.
Let's vision it.
That wherever we are,
A rainbow of protection is with us.
It makes us feel secure.
It makes us feel less fearful.
And more positive and happy and safe.
That that safety walks with us wherever we go.
Let's stay with this happy feeling,
A feeling of protection for a few moments more.
And keep this feeling of protection with us through the day.
Knowing that whenever we feel unsafe or fearful or at risk,
Let's just draw this rainbow of protection over us.
A bright rainbow that keeps us secure and safe.
And now,
Secure in the knowledge that we can come back and draw this rainbow of protection over ourselves.
Whenever we wish.
Whenever we so wish.
Let's come back to this time and space,
To this awareness.
Slowly rubbing our hands nicely and placing them on our eyes.
And gently,
Whenever you are ready,
Bring your hands back to your knees and open your eyes with a smile.
