Let's begin this meditation for positive energy.
You can sit cross-legged on the floor,
Or you can sit on a chair,
On a bed,
But sit upright with your spine as straight as possible.
Your hands comfortably on your knees.
You can keep your eyes closed or semi-closed,
Whatever you are comfortable with.
And just breathe in nice and deep,
Filling your lungs up with breath,
With air,
With prana,
With life energy.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And breathe in again.
And breathe out.
Breathe in,
Nice deep breath,
And breathe out.
And slowly as you breathe in,
You will feel that your mind is stilling a little bit.
Everything is beginning to slow down.
Everything is beginning to slow down.
The world up unto this moment is left behind.
And you are just feeling your breath in and out of your body.
Each breath that you take in,
You bring in fresh life,
Fresh energy.
And that energy fills your body.
Every cell is energized.
Every cell feels fresh.
Every cell smiles.
And as you let go of your breath,
You feel the energy of your body.
And as you let go of your breath,
As you breathe out,
You let go of all the tension,
Anxiety,
All the discomfort,
And just settle into this moment.
Settle into the peace of the moment.
You have got this time for yourself.
It's for you.
Breathe in nice,
Fresh,
Deep.
And breathe out.
And let go.
Let go.
Let go.
You will notice your mind is settling in.
It's more comfortable.
It's calmer.
It's at peace.
It's at peace.
With every breath that you take in,
It gets deeper.
Throughout this exercise,
Throughout this meditation,
You can keep your eyes closed or semi-closed.
And as you breathe in deeply,
Focus on the area between your eyebrows.
And in your mind,
You vision a bright golden light.
Like the sun,
Glowing,
Happy,
Full of energy and joy.
And slowly from up above your head,
The middle of your head,
It flows into your body.
Nice,
Fresh,
Energized.
And it travels swiftly,
Quickly,
Quickly,
Quickly.
It's like flowing,
Like gold flowing through your veins,
Right to the tip of your toes.
You can feel that little tingle.
To the tip of your fingers.
To your ears.
To your eyes.
This fresh golden energy flows in,
Taking over your body.
Breathe in nice and deep and breathe out.
And now repeat after me.
I,
You'll take your name,
Am filled with the golden energy.
I'm filled with this bright new golden energy.
I'm filled with positive thought.
I'm filled with a desire for action.
Every day my thoughts grow.
Every day they are more positive.
Slowly,
One by one,
I let go of negative thoughts,
Of negative feelings,
Of negative emotions.
And I replace them.
I switch to positive.
I switch to happy.
I switch to joy.
Every day my energy grows.
I feel lighter.
I feel happier.
I feel at peace.
I feel calm.
I,
You'll take your name,
Am filled with the golden light of happy,
Positive,
Loving energies.
And every day I spread those energies around me and watch them glow.
I spread the glow of light,
Of golden light around me.
Peace and calm has taken over.
We spend a few moments in this happiness,
Our bodies smiling.
Every cell is joyous,
Is happy,
Is at peace.
Every cell of my body.
Just gently watching our breath now,
Breathing in that fresh joyous energy and breathing it out.
And waiting until we breathe in again.
And slowly now let's return to this time and space into the now.
So whenever you're ready,
Gently cup your hands,
Both hands,
And bring them to your eyes and place them on your eyes.
And slowly,
After a few moments,
Drop them to your lap and open your eyes and smile.
Smile because your world just lit up and it's filled with happy,
Positive energies.
And you can come back to replace and replenish and recharge these energies whenever you want,
However you want.
May love and light surround you,
May it fill you,
And may joy be yours today.
