This is a just for today meditation that puts us in the moment.
So I want you to close your eyes and know that you're here present in this moment and let's manifest the day ahead.
Just for today I will bring joy to myself.
I will be happy.
Just for today I will take care of my body.
I will exercise.
I will nourish.
I will eat healthy.
Just for today I will strengthen my mind.
I will learn something useful.
I will read.
I will reflect.
Just for today I will expand my consciousness.
I will become more aware of the present moment.
Just for today I will take a quiet half hour to relax myself.
Just for today I will be loving,
Kind and gentle to myself and all other beings.
Just for today I will have one goal in mind for the day and make it happen.
Just for today I will release any thoughts of anger,
Any frustration,
Any irritation,
Any anxiety,
Any stress,
Any feeling of being overwhelmed,
Any guilt that I carry in my heart.
I will let it go.
Just for today I will release all thoughts of worry.
Worry about my job,
Worry about my health,
Worry about my family,
Worry about my future.
I will let it go.
Just for today I will be in gratitude.
Gratitude for my life.
Gratitude for a roof over my head.
Gratitude for food on the table.
Gratitude for all things big and small in my life.
Just for today I will be unafraid.
Especially I will not be afraid to be happy,
To enjoy what is beautiful around me,
To love and to believe that those I love,
Love me in return.
Just for today.
