Envision the superficial layers further away from your center or inside.
These are the layers that can feel constant yet they are dynamic and shift with awareness.
Failure in the superficial layers is where you hold any self-doubt,
Hatred,
Or sense of failure.
It can feel heavy,
Compressing,
Or painful.
Like drifting clouds in the sky,
Allow these sensations or thoughts to simply float away.
Creating space.
Shift your awareness to your deepest level of self.
Underneath your conscious idea of who you believe yourself to be to the deep reality of who and what you are.
Your essence.
What is your essence composed of?
Can you feel a sensation at the deepest level of your core?
Feel into your inner unconditional love.
A love of yourself fully accepting and appreciating all that you are.
With your in-breath,
Be aware of the sensation of love emanating from your core,
From your center.
With your out-breath,
The sensation of love becomes stronger and spreads through all layers and levels of your body.
Breathing in,
Laugh.
With your out-breath,
Be aware of the sensation of love emanating from your core,

Feel your inner calming peace.
This peace allows your mind deep solitude and rest at all times simply by focusing on this center of peace.
With your in-breath,
Be aware of the sensation of peace emanating from your core,
From your center.
With your out-breath,
The sensation of peace becomes stronger and expands through all layers and all levels of your being.

Peace.
Feel your deep joy.
Joy in the present moment,
Always allowing you to find appreciation for what is in front of you,
For all that you are.

With your in-breath,
Be aware of the sensation of joy emanating from your core,
From your center.
With your out-breath,
The sensation of joy becomes stronger and expands to all layers and levels of your being.

Feel into a deep awareness of your truth,
Not your conscience or chosen truth,
But your soul's truth.
Allow that truth to shine through any doubts you may have of yourself.
Shining powerfully like the sun,
Reflecting this inner light onto yourself,
Onto other people and onto the planet.
You are enough as you are,
Simply by being your truest self.
Release judgment or shame you hold about what you are not.
Accept yourself as the reality of your true essence.
Accept and love yourself for all that you are.
There is only one of you on this planet.
