Welcome,
And thank you for joining me.
Make yourself comfortable and prepare yourself for meditation.
Let's begin by taking five deep breaths together.
On each exhale,
Powerfully push out any stagnant air and energy in your body.
Now begin to go into a slower deep cyclical breath,
Breathing in deeply and out deeply,
Comfortably and slowly.
Each breath begins to expand and contract your body,
Allowing your body to begin to relax and move into a more receptive state of being.
Each breath continuing to allow the body to go deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Imagine the cells of your body breathing,
Each breath feeding into every cell of your body.
Each cell opening to receive this life force as the body continues to soften and relax.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
You bring your awareness and your focus to your feet and allow the feet to begin to relax,
Imagining each muscle gently softening and opening.
And as the feet relax,
You begin to slowly move your focus,
Your awareness up your legs as best as you can,
Allowing each muscle to gently let go.
Each muscle relaxing,
Softening and melting away like honey.
Each breath slowly taking you further up the legs to gently let go and relax each muscle.
As the legs become heavy,
Open and receptive with every relaxing breath.
Starting to relax the pelvis,
The tailbone,
Breathing deep into the stomach and the lower back,
And breathing out any tension or stress there.
Imagining the lower back softening and relaxing as best you can,
Each muscle gets to gently just let go.
As you relax the lower back,
The stomach and the abdomen begin to relax,
Softening and releasing.
Now breathe into your chest and your upper back,
Breathing out any tension,
Stress or tightness as best as you can,
Holding the focus and the intention that the back,
The shoulders and the chest all begin to relax and open,
Gently melting away,
Becoming heavy and becoming receptive to this life force beginning to flow through you.
And then allow your focus to begin to move through your shoulders and down your arms,
Allowing each muscle to gently release and let go,
Each breath softening the arms,
Softening the hands and the fingers,
Moving the body,
The muscles to a more relaxed state.
And as the arms continue to melt away,
Bring your focus to your neck and your head,
Allowing the jaw to soften and the eyes to soften,
The ears to soften,
Stretching your mouth and your jaw if you need to,
Feeling the entire head and neck begin to relax,
Letting go,
Opening and receiving this breath.
Now feel as best as you can,
Your entire body relaxed.
Continue breathing deeply and notice the sensation of the body letting go and opening to receive.
As you continue to breathe and relax,
The body softens,
Your energy begins to open each breath,
Feeling the energetic bodies as best you can begin to open and begin to connect with the greater forces of life all around you.
As if you are reweaving your own energetic being,
Your light body,
Your energetic pulsation into the greater grid network of life itself,
Pulsing around you and through you,
Each breath of life reconnecting you to the greater web of life.
And as you continue to breathe,
Begin to envision and feel as best you can that you are becoming a tree with roots extending out of your legs going down into the earth,
Branches and beautiful bright leaves extending from your arms,
Your shoulders,
Your neck and your head,
Reaching up to the heavens and a strong core trunk flowing through your center,
Through your abdomen,
Through your spine,
Overlaying a tree over your human body,
Reconnecting and merging and unifying yourself as a human and a tree being simultaneously as an interconnected model of energetic flow,
Drawing up nutrients and support from the earth through the roots,
Drawing down solar energy,
Inspiration and radiant divine light down into your leaves and your branches,
All of these energies above and below circulating and flowing throughout your entire body.
Each breath not only drawing in air but also drawing in more energy from above and below.
You can pull your perspective out to observe yourself in its entirety,
To observe yourself fully as a living,
Breathing,
Active,
Engaged tree of life.
Then begin to see yourself as a tree within a beautiful forest with many other beautiful,
Unique trees all around you.
And know and imagine that these other trees around you are actually soul family,
Spirit family and this family is interconnected with you through this forest and the soul family is equally here to support you as you are to support them.
They may be friends,
They may be romantic partners,
They may be business partners,
They may be clients or customers,
They may be mentors,
Associates,
Any and all sorts of beneficial,
Expansive relationships possible in your life.
You may focus on one particular type of relationship or just observe them as all the different types that you might have now or are inviting into your life.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Envision that energy,
Nutrients,
Sustenance,
Information,
Love,
Prosperous flow of light is moving between your roots and their roots just like in a forest all the roots interconnected and all of the trees actually support each other mutually growing and expanding together.
Thus you're reaching out and connecting with those who will grow and expand from your offerings,
Your gifts and can also offer to you to support you in your expansion and growth.
Mutually expanding in love,
Prosperity,
Joy,
Experience together.
Pulsating energy back and forth in a beautiful flow.
While all of you simultaneously receive beautiful radiant light from above pouring down into you and every other tree.
Now,
Envision yourself and these other trees growing,
Expanding new branches,
New roots,
New leaves,
Perhaps even bearing fruit or seeds.
Every tree including yourself thriving in expansion and growth.
There are no limits here.
There's room,
There's resources,
There's energy,
Aplenty for everyone to grow and expand in their own unique beautiful way including you.
And as you're ready.
Allowing that image,
That reality,
That model to continue to be there.
Begin to slowly reconnect with your present human experience.
Knowing and trusting that life force and energy is continuing to flow even without your conscious attention to it.
Realizing that you can always return your awareness here whenever needed.
Taking your time,
Slowly return to feeling your body,
Making slow gentle movements.
Slowly bringing your awareness back to the room.
And I invite you throughout your days ahead to practice this again as well as envision it,
Tap back into it or tune back into it throughout the day as you go to interconnect and support and uplift yourself and those around you.
