Welcome to this guided meditation for healing pain by Follow Your Chakra.
Prepare your body to listen to this meditation by finding a comfortable space to sit or lie down.
Take any movements you need to settle in.
Allow a nice full inhale to enter into the lungs and exhale through the mouth with a sigh.
Allow yourself to let go of anything that is coming up as we begin.
Allow three more breaths in and exhale through the mouth.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Feel into all the spaces and places from your toes,
Legs,
Hips,
Torso,
Arms,
Back,
Neck,
And head.
Notice if there are any sensations of tension,
Tightness,
Or pain.
Acknowledge these places and as we move through the meditation,
We will send them healing light.
When we feel pain in the body,
It can be due to physical,
Emotional,
Or even spiritual factors.
With awareness and healing light,
We will bring ease back into the body and alleviate some of these sensations.
Begin by picturing a ball of glowing white light above your head.
This light of healing is there to bring ease into the body.
Allow the light to begin to fill your skull,
Dripping over the forehead,
Back of the head,
Into the eyebrows,
Eye sockets,
Eyelids,
Cheeks,
Ears,
Nose,
Nostrils,
Upper lip,
Lower lip,
Inside the mouth,
Tongue,
Teeth,
Jaw,
And chin.
White light fills into the throat,
Neck,
And spills onto your shoulders.
Healing light moves through each arm at the same time into the upper arm,
Elbow,
Forearm,
Wrists,
And into both palms.
Filling the thumbs,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
And fifth finger.
Light continues from the shoulders into the chest,
Upper back,
Ribs,
Belly,
And lower back.
White healing light spills into the hips,
Pelvis,
And into both legs,
Thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
And shins,
Ankles,
Tops of feet,
And soles of feet.
Light fills each toe on both feet,
Big toes,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
And fifth toes.
The whole body is now glowing with white healing light.
The whole body.
Scan the body with your awareness,
Now finding any areas that still feel tense,
Tight,
Or painful.
Send more swirling,
Healing white light to each area and picture the light scrubbing away the sensation and replacing the discomfort with warmth and softness.
Send gratitude to each area that needs healing for being a part of your body and for sending you a signal.
See your body in perfect white light now.
See it healed every part,
Inside and out,
Down to every hair and microscopic part.
Feel it working in perfect harmony.
Repeat the following affirmation silently to yourself.
I am healed.
I am whole.
I am worthy.
Repeat them again,
This time seeing the affirmations written in your own handwriting with white light on the areas of your body that need more healing light.
Write them each again three times.
I am healed.
I am whole.
I am worthy.
With your body now clothed in perfect white light and healed from deep within and shining out,
Allow the following sensations into your awareness.
Feel so heavy you can't even lift a finger.
So heavy.
Sinking.
Heavy.
Now allow the sensation of lightness.
So light.
Light like a feather.
Floating.
Drifting.
Light.
Allow the sensations of being cold.
Chilled to the bone.
So cold.
Cold.
Feel the sensations of being perfectly warm.
So warm and cozy.
The perfect temperature for rest.
Warm.
Allow the feelings of being uncomfortable.
Feel this discomfort.
Uncomfortable.
Now feel yourself perfectly comfortable and cozy.
This comfort washes over you like a soft blanket.
So comfortable.
Now visualize your life as it would be lived if you had no pain or discomfort.
See how your day would go from moment to moment from the time you wake up to the time you fall asleep.
What would be different for you?
How would you respond to everyday challenges?
How would your relationships be different?
See all the ways you can go about your day with this freedom.
Acknowledge some of these things as possibilities for your real,
Lived experience.
Know and feel that this visualization can be a reality.
Plant the seed into your heart.
Say to yourself,
I am worthy of a life of joy.
Create an image in your mind of what you will look,
Be,
And feel like as a healed person.
Hold this image in your heart and send yourself gratitude.
Acknowledge where you are today in your healing journey and send yourself gratitude for how far you have come.
Bring your awareness back into the room.
Bring it back into your body.
And allow a full,
Deep healing breath to fill the chest.
Take this healing with you into your day or allow it to help you drift off to sleep.
