Welcome to this Third Eye Chakra Meditation by Follow Your Chakra.

Begin by finding a comfortable space to meditate.

You may sit or lie down.

Prepare your body to listen to this meditation.

This meditation is designed to support your third eye chakra.

This chakra is located between your eyebrows and slightly up.

It is the center of intuition,

Perception,

Imagination,

Vision,

And memory.

Begin to picture an indigo light shining at your third eye.

As you inhale,

The light grows larger and brighter,

And as you exhale,

It contracts.

Continue this pattern of breath.

As you continue to breathe into the third eye center,

Imagine as this light expands over your forehead into the crown of your head and shines out like an aura around you,

Protecting you throughout this meditation.

It allows you to see clearly and with your intuition rather than your mind.

Feel this indigo light,

The light of intuition,

Bathing your entire body with peace and relaxation.

The light allows you to go deeper into the meditation.

Continue your focus on the space between your eyebrows and use the radiance of the indigo light to heal the imbalances of the third eye chakra.

With every exhale,

Release insensitivity,

Poor vision,

Poor memory,

Lack of imagination,

Hallucinations,

Obsessions,

And nightmares.

These no longer serve you.

We will now invite balance into the third eye and illuminate the space with a healing mantra.

Repeat the mantra,

Om.

You may do this silently to yourself or aloud.

Om.

Release the mantra.

Begin to picture your life from the perspective of your third eye,

Seeing into the future the way your life will be with a balanced third eye center.

See yourself as you lead a life following your intuition.

As you listen to your inner guidance,

See how you follow your imagination.

See how you use your creativity for good.

See how your perception allows you to have deep insight into all situations.

See how your excellent memory serves you in positive ways.

See how your dreams become vivid and you can remember them long after you awake.

See how you are able to visualize all the things you want to manifest in your life with ease and how they become real right before your eyes.

With this clear vision of how your life will be with a strong third eye,

Bring your awareness back to the indigo light between your eyebrows.

Allow yourself to bathe in the light of intuition,

Knowing that your life can be and will be magical when you follow your inner guidance.

Bring this perception and visualization with you as you repeat the following affirmations to yourself.

I see all things in clarity.

I am open to the wisdom within.

I can manifest my visions.

I trust my inner guide.

My intuition is strong and perceptive.

I see my life becoming everything I ever dreamed it could be and more.

See how the indigo light of intuition envelops your whole being,

Once again providing you protection as you move through your day and reminding you that you can trust the messages of your soul.

Bring your awareness back into the room.

A deep breath comes into the lungs and fills them.

As you exhale slowly,

Bring some movement back into the body.

Wiggling fingers and toes,

Bring your palms to touch in front of your face and allow the thumbs to rest at the third eye.

Send yourself gratitude for coming to this practice and bring the wisdom of the third eye with you into your day.
