Begin by finding a comfortable space to meditate.
You may sit or lie down.
Prepare your body to listen to this meditation.
This meditation is designed to support your heart chakra.
This chakra is located at the center of your chest at your heart.
It is the center of love,
Balance,
Intimacy and self-acceptance.
Begin to picture a green light resting at your heart.
As you breathe in and fill the heart space and chest.
As you exhale,
Watch the light contract as your chest falls.
Inhale as the green light expands.
Exhale as it contracts.
Bring your attention to your sense of touch.
Feel the body where it rests.
Feel the clothing lightly touching the skin.
Feel the light of your breath.
Feel the light of your breath.
Feel the clothing lightly touching the skin.
Feel the head where it rests.
Feel the breath as it moves in and out of the body.
Bring your awareness to any other sensations that you can feel.
Bring your awareness once again to the heart center.
Picture the green light as it expands and fills the whole body with loving energy.
Feel the body where it rests.

Watch as it washes over you like a light breeze,
Bringing ease into the body.
First filling the chest,
Then the throat,
The entire head,
Back of the head,
Upper back,
Mid back,
And lower back.
Green light blows over your hips,
Upper legs,
Knees,
Lower legs,
And toes.
It washes over the front of the body,
The tops of the legs,
Pelvis,
Stomach,
And finally comes to rest once again at the heart center,
Filling the whole body with loving green light.
Begin to picture everything in this life that you love.
All of the loving relationships that you have.
Who do you feel compassion for?
Send loving green energy to those who come to mind.
Bring to mind those who you can feel empathy for.
Send them loving energy with this green light.
Watch as the light from your heart expands out to green light.
Watch as the light from your heart expands out to green light.
Watch as the light from your heart expands out to greet them and embrace them.
Finally,
Send the same compassionate loving energy to yourself.
Despite all your loss,
Shame,
And pain,
You are still worthy of love.
You are still worthy of love.
You are still worthy of love.
Send yourself compassion,
Empathy,
Acceptance,
And peace.
As you send yourself this loving kindness,
See the green light in your heart form into a brilliant green emerald.

Repeat the following mantras silently to yourself.

Allow the affirmations to sink deeply into your heart,
