Start every day with a beautiful morning ritual that sets you up for feeling positive, and grounded. Allow yourself a few moments to flow with the energy of the Universe and be inspired from within with love and gratitude.

Find a place that you can really get comfortable.

A place where you can sit for 20 minutes and feel good and safe and relaxed and settle into that space.

Take a nice slow breath in through your nose and release that breath slowly,

Gently through your nose and start to just settle into your body and sink into this space that you found.

Give yourself permission to take this time now.

Breathing in and out,

Conscious of just that,

Just your breath.

Imagine all the other things,

All the other thoughts just clearing away.

Erase them from your mind.

Breathing in and out is the only thing you have to do right now.

And being here now is the only thing you have to do right now.

Breathing with yourself in this time and space is the only thing you have to do right now.

So just visualize yourself.

See yourself as you are right now sitting or lying and put that picture in the center of your mind.

Go within and see yourself there in the center of your mind.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just loosen and relax as you focus on yourself in the center of your mind.

There's nothing else,

No other thing or person or place.

Just you in the center of your mind,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Now choose a color that makes you feel good and paint it all around you in this place.

Fill the space with this color.

Surround yourself with it.

See yourself in the center of your mind,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Surrounded by the color that makes you feel good,

Peaceful,

Relaxed,

At ease.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Let your mind fill with a thought,

An intention for the day.

Anything that inspires you or motivates you or brings you a sense of confidence or comfort.

If any negative thoughts come,

Just let them go.

Just make room in this space for positive thoughts,

Intentions,

Inspirations,

Things that support you and will support you throughout your day.

When you have that thought,

Repeat it either silently or out loud to yourself.

See yourself in the center of your mind,

Surrounded by the beautiful color that you've chosen,

Reading the thought and the words that support you and feel a sense of calm.

Find where you feel that in your body.

And if you can,

Place a hand on that place and bring your breath to it.

Feel as your breath makes your hand rise and then feel as your hand falls.

As you start to return back and get ready for your day,

Keep these thoughts and words,

The sense of positivity,

Relaxation,

Calmness,

Ease,

Inspiration,

Motivation.

Keep your intention alive all day and have an amazing day.
