Hi,

I'm Sophia and today's meditation is Time Will Heal.

Let's begin.

Begin to make your way into a comfortable position.

Take your sacred space,

Burn a little sage or a palo santo,

Maybe light a candle.

Whatever you need in order to feel connected.

To help you come into a place of stillness and centered.

And as you come into this comfortable position,

I encourage you to drop into a place of presence.

Be here right now in this very moment.

Acknowledging where you are in this time and space.

As we take time to contemplate this meditation of Time Will Heal,

It's important for you to know that healing processes come within their own time.

There's nothing more frustrating than wanting something to happen right now and then having to wait to see it come to manifestation.

But the magic,

The essence,

The healing,

The wonder is all within the weight.

And whether there may be pain,

Emotional,

Physical,

Spiritual,

Whatever needs to be healed.

Know that this moment of meditation,

Of presence,

Of mindfulness is a part of that healing,

Is a part of that process,

A part of that weight.

It's what you do during the time of A to Z.

It's all the letters in between.

You are human and our human tendencies sometimes get out ahead of us and that's okay.

But coming back to the present moment,

Coming back to right now is the beauty of your power.

You are life happening in real time and everything is valid.

Your feelings are valid.

Your emotions valid.

Your anxiety valid.

Your fear valid.

They're all very fluid,

Interchangeable,

Transient.

And as you contemplate the notion,

The idea that time will heal,

I invite you into a creative presence.

A presence of knowing that you are the creator of your reality.

Co-creating with divine spirit,

Divine guidance.

You are an active participant in your own recovery.

Acknowledge yourself.

Acknowledge that your healing is happening simultaneously.

As you are in this practice,

Allow that to sink in.

You are healing at the same time that you are participating in this practice.

Begin to take a cleansing breath into your nose and exhale,

Sigh out of your mouth.

Another deep cleansing breath into the nose and exhale,

Sigh out.

One more time,

Another deep cleansing breath in and exhale,

Sigh out.

How does that feel?

What can I say to this?

And if there's any place within and on the body that is experiencing any pain,

Any discomfort,

Any tension or tightness.

Whatever is there.

Frustration.

Irritability.

I want you to send a positive healing breath into that space.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

And this time I'd like for you to match your inhale and exhale.

Match the length.

So take a deep inhale.

Hold.

And exhale.

Using the power of your consciousness and your breath.

Send that positive healing energy to whatever needs to be healed.

And as you wrap your attention around this space,

Invite in kindness,

Patience.

What does it feel like to be kind to whatever ails you?

How does it feel to be patient with whatever is bringing you discomfort?

Allow yourself to sit with the presence of that feeling.

And if the mind starts to wander or chatter arises,

Simply notice and return to the space of that feeling of patience,

Of kindness to yourself,

To your injury,

To whatever else.

Relaxing your shoulders.

Unclenching your jaw.

Relaxing your hands.

Exhaling the toes.

Allow your body to be heavy.

Somehow with this heaviness,

You also feel lighter.

There's an airiness within and around you.

Just feel.

And if it's possible for you,

Visualize radiant white light.

Beautiful.

Bright as the moon.

Shining in and all around you.

This light is nurturing.

It's healing.

It's kindness.

It's a beautiful source of forgiveness.

This light is all the things that you needed to be for you.

What do you need right now?

And invite that in and allow this white light to be that source.

And as you feel lighter,

And as you see illumination,

And as you smell the fragrance of love,

And as you hear the beauty of the wind,

You somehow feel renewed.

You feel exhilaration.

You feel the abundance of healing.

Notice how you feel in your body.

Sit with this moment for as long as you need to.

And so it is.
