Sleep Paralysis is a normal process where our physical body paralyzes, so we do not act out our dreams. A normal process that happens as well as falling asleep. It is a phase that we can enter consciously, and when we do, we will have a peculiar experience. I am telling you more!

We are going to see why sleep paralysis is so scary,

And I will give you some advice.

So first,

I want to mention that all of these are hallucinations.

Through the process of sleep paralysis,

It's only a click that your brain does for you to not act out your dreams.

And,

Let me explain to you.

The fight or flight mechanism is activated.

And the natural thing is that your conscious falls asleep first,

And then your body falls asleep and paralyzes.

However,

You can induce an awake mind,

And deceiving the brain,

You can get your physical body to be paralyzed,

Because the brain thinks that your consciousness is asleep.

And here is where you can induce lucid dreams and astral projections.

It is sort of a trance state that is also safe.

But,

Especially if you don't know it,

It can be terrifying.

The primitive mechanism that will have notices and triggers,

Flight.

However,

Your body is paralyzed,

So you can't.

This gives you a very strong sensation of being paralyzed,

Where the brain will generate images that have to do with paralyzing you.

And for obvious reasons,

This can become very scary.

Common ones are a block of concrete on your chest,

Or a demonic presence absorbing you,

Or pushing you against the bed,

Or trapping you.

But all of this is all the junk we have in our consciousness.

So,

How about that horror movie,

That thriller,

Did it like you?

Was it cool?

Did it scare you?

Awesome,

That's fantastic,

You are a courageous person.

But now,

You might have a terrifying sleep paralysis because of that.

And you will have to face it in this degree.

You might even notice someone with a knife,

A breeze,

Something odd,

Something that will want to kill you,

But this is all false.

This is not true.

This comes from you,

About that kind of television and information that you put in your head.

What do you watch on the TV?

Do you watch the news,

Crime series,

Violent movies?

This reflects in your sleep paralysis,

And all of this will shuffle everything you have in your consciousness and in your memory.

And this is going to make tough this state of trance.

And also,

Events of the day,

Life,

Disease,

Trauma,

Each person is a world and a universe,

And we all have better and worse moments in our lives.

But,

During difficult times,

The sleep paralysis dreams may be harder for this reason.

Even during anxiety,

You can wake up and feel very out of it.

Traumas we have suffered throughout our lives also influence the hallucinations that we have during sleep paralysis dreams.

On a spiritual level,

If we are clearing negative energy,

It can also affect us,

Making us more vulnerable.

Even some medical conditions that can alter your REM phase and sleep quality,

And some of these side effects can yield to stronger sleep paralysis.

So,

It's important to keep this in mind.

And then,

For global awareness,

Maybe you are taking care of yourself,

You know what you are doing,

You are protecting yourself spiritually and physically,

But still you do have all of these issues.

Well,

Perhaps you haven't even been exposed to negativity because you already had a spiritual awareness from a young age and you were away from that.

But,

Global consciousness affects us all,

Especially if you are a person of a lot of empathy.

And this is where the energy will affect you.

So,

Definitely,

It is very,

Very significant for you to keep in mind that all of these are just hallucinations and you are going to realize that when you become aware of this and you become above them,

You are going to be able to move forward in the right way.

So,
