Welcome to this inner peace meditation.
Well done for taking the time out to give yourself the love that you deserve.
The peace that you know that you are.
But life is just too busy for you to realize that sometimes.
So,
Taking a comfortable seated position or lying down.
Your spine upright if you're sitting.
And your hands next to you if you're lying down.
Take a deep breath into your belly.
And out through your nose.
And let's do that again.
In through the nose,
A deep breath into the belly and out through the nose.
Really do this with the most quality you can do it.
In.
And out.
And in.
And out.
Continue like this for a little while.
And really feel how you're letting go.
How you're taking in new life every time you breathe in.
And you're letting go of everything that doesn't serve you when you breathe out.
If your mind wanders,
Just bring it back to the breath.
No judgment.
You didn't do anything wrong for thinking,
For thoughts popping into your head.
No judgment.
Your thought is not good,
Bad.
None of these things.
You just come back with awareness of what's going on.
In breath,
Or those sensations.
And the out breath,
Or those sensations.
Taking in of new life and energy and love.
And the letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.
Maybe fears,
Worries,
Anxieties,
Stress.
What of that can we let go of now?
When you breathe in,
You feel how it rejuvenates you.
What an amazing gift every single breath is.
How amazing is it that we can let go of these things that no longer serve us?
We can start to relieve some tension.
It almost felt like we were never going to be able to get rid of it.
And although this is a continuous practice and not all darkness will be gone.
All tension will be gone from one day to the other.
But we can definitely feel how we're much lighter now.
And we should celebrate that.
We should hold gratitude for that.
Place your hand on your heart.
And feel this gratitude.
Gratitude for letting go.
Gratitude for being rejuvenated by the in-breath.
And by yourself knowing there's more for you.
You're meant to be free.
You're meant to be happy.
You're meant to be healthy.
Be grateful for that.
Feel how an inner calm has started to take over your body.
From top,
From right the top of your head.
Feel it all the way down your body.
Through your arms,
Left arm,
Right arm.
Through the belly.
Through the legs.
Through your feet.
And right to the soles of your feet.
Feel this tranquility,
This inner calm radiating your whole being.
Radiating your whole body.
And just breathe into that.
Now we imagine that when we breathe in,
A cleansing white light enters our body.
And it streams all the way back up to our head.
When we breathe out,
This cleansing,
Amazing white light,
Which is everything we've asked for,
Leaves our body again through the soles of our feet.
So let's breathe in.
Breathe in this white light.
This cleansing white light through the soles of our feet.
Streaming through our body,
Every single cell of our body gets enriched and calm all the way to the top.
And let's let it out again.
And we're breathing in white light.
And out.
You start to notice how when you breathe in this white light,
It starts to build an aura around you.
Like a protective shield of peace and light.
And even when you breathe out,
This aura doesn't leave.
It gets stronger every time you breathe in.
You feel a great sense of calm.
I know that you're protected by this light.
As you go about your day,
Feel this inner peace in you.
You can now bring a sense of awareness back into your body and open your eyes.
