Hello,
My name is Tracy Seawright and welcome to Clear the Fear.
In this moment,
I would like to invite you to do any gentle movement that your body may need at this time.
You can either be sitting in a chair or laying down on your back or in your cozy bed.
Just think of any type of movement that your body may need in this moment.
It could be a panasana,
Which is knees to the chest making circles,
Clockwise or counterclockwise.
To be a happy baby pose.
If you were laying down,
You could stretch your arms over your head,
Reaching out.
Maybe a banananasana,
Stretching to one side then the next.
And when you are ready,
Choose a position that you are the most comfortable with.
If you have found the shape to which you feel the most comfortable,
I invite you to gently close your eyes.
And begin inhaling and exhaling.
Begin in this moment,
Calmly and peacefully,
Think of a time and a moment in your life that has been the most relaxing and peaceful moment.
It can be a place that has fond memories for you.
It can be a place that you had visited once and would love to come back again.
You could be out in the woods,
On the beach,
Or in a place that just feels like home to you.
I invite you to lay down or to sit and remember this feeling,
This feeling of love and peace and protection.
This feeling of safety.
So if you are lying down or in your comfortable seat,
I want you to envision that at your feet are roots and these roots are beginning to grow.
The roots are coming down through your feet into the ground,
Twisting around down in the ground down 33 layers.
These roots are strong.
So no matter what comes your way,
You will not be knocked down.
And know at any time if you have any worry,
Any stress,
Any fear,
That just like the rain that comes down and makes its way to the ground,
Those worries,
Those fears can trickle down into those roots into the ground.
And when they come into the ground,
The earth will make something beautiful out of it.
So those worries will not live in you for now.
So in this comfort of laying down or in your seated chair,
I invite you to think of that memory that brought you so much peace and love.
Breathing in and out and with each exhalation that worry and fear goes down.
And if that still doesn't help you in this moment,
I invite you in your mind's eye to think of a balloon.
Now your balloon can be latex,
It could be a mylar balloon.
It can be any color that you want from red,
Yellow,
Blue or green,
Even stripes and polka dot.
This is your balloon.
And you get to choose what size balloon you'd like.
It could be small,
It could be large,
It can be big as a hot air balloon.
This is your balloon.
You get to choose what it looks like.
So whatever worry,
Fear that you have,
Just pour it in the balloon.
You might have a small balloon.
Your balloon might be ginormous with everything that's weighing on you.
Doesn't matter.
Don't even worry about the size.
Just anything that bothers you or stresses you out in this moment,
Put in that balloon.
Now if you would like,
You can tie a string to this balloon.
It can be a long string,
It can be a short string.
It's your string,
It's your balloon.
And while you are doing that,
I'll take the time to fill my balloon up.
I'll put all my cares,
Troubles and worries in this balloon.
And when you're ready in this moment,
In this time,
Take your balloon with your string and let it go.
So your balloon,
It's going to go to where you are in your room,
Wherever you are in the four walls that you are at.
There it is,
The top of the ceiling.
And if you're outside right now,
Your balloon is stuck in a tree and there it'll stay.
I'll let my balloon go as well to keep your balloon company.
So while our balloons are there together,
Bouncing and bopping against the ceiling,
Together we will go on our journey.
You have roots that have you sturdy and strong.
No matter what will come your way,
You are unshakable,
But flexible and strong.
So in this moment and in this time,
May a feeling of love,
Peace and calmness cover you like a blanket and feel that feeling of a hug of love being wrapped around you.
So in this moment and in this time,
I will begin the Reiki session.
You are relaxed.
You are at peace.
It is calm.
So I will begin at your root chakra where you're feeling grounded,
Safe and secure.
And in this moment and in this time,
You are given everything that you are needed.
The Reiki is like rain that falls down upon you and the water will gently go where it needs to go on you and knows exactly where to go and what you need.
So in this moment and in this time,
You are safe,
Protected.
You do not have a worry in the world because your worry is in the balloon that's with mine on the ceiling.
Think of what you can do in this moment just to make yourself 1% more comfortable.
Is it shifting your leg,
Moving your hand?
If you're on a pillow,
Moving it in such a way that it is the most comfortable for you.
Now in this moment,
I move up to your sacral chakra.
Your creativity is alive.
Your expression.
And know that you are lovingly supported by the earth below you and your long roots down 33 layers.
And next I work up to your solar plexus where your confidence lives.
You are amazing.
Everything that you do is done with grace and ease.
Now we go to your heart where you are loving and compassionate.
Your heart is open and love is flowing out.
As you breathe in love and peace,
You exhale that fear and worry.
And it doesn't matter how much you take from the universe because it will always make more.
You have an endless supply coming to you.
Now we move up to your throat chakra,
Your voice and your expression.
Everything that you speak can be clearly communicated.
It is done with grace and ease.
Everything comes clearly to you and is spoken clearly.
And you are not afraid to speak your true authentic nature.
Moving up to your third eye.
Now you're seeing things clearly.
You are aware.
All your downloads have become effortless and easy.
And now we reach the crown.
And through this Reiki session,
We have aligned all of your chakras all spinning in the right direction,
Clearing your aura,
Putting in love,
Peace,
Calmness,
Stillness.
And in this moment in time,
Whenever you feel unsafe and fearful,
Remember those roots at your feet.
They will keep you grounded in this earth as you walk along on your journey.
Breathing in,
Exhaling out,
Breathing love,
Exhaling fear.
A big inhale of calm,
A big inhale more all the way and exhale that worry because in this moment and in this time,
You are fully at peace.
And remember that balloon that's on top of the ceiling,
Bopping around with my balloon.
If you choose in this moment in this time to grab onto the string to pull it down,
You're welcome to tie it around your wrist.
You can choose at any time as you go through your day as needed to take a little bit of that worry or a little bit of what is going on on that balloon,
But only a little bit.
Keep that balloon and slowly as the hours and the days and the weeks pass,
You'll see that your balloon will get smaller and smaller because you have tackled and overcome all those things that you were worrying about.
Let the balloon carry that weight for you.
And at any time,
You can untie the knot in the string or simply take a pair of scissors and cut it,
Letting your balloon fly and float all the way up till you can no longer see it.
It's your choice.
Anything that is in that balloon is your choice,
Whether you want to carry it,
Whether you want to have it on a string or you want to let it go.
So as our time finishes up together,
Bring awareness to your hands,
Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes and make soft,
Small movements to slowly become aware and awake.
And when you're ready,
Turn to the side of your choice and just enjoy this moment.
And if you're seated in a chair,
Lightly open your eyes,
Place your hands on your thighs and just feel the texture,
The texture of the clothing that you're wearing.
Be aware of the sounds in the room,
The smells in the room.
And as you open your eyes,
Look around and see five things in the room.
If you are laying down,
Get ready to come up with your head being the last to come up and find yourself a comfortable seat.
And you can join our friends who are sitting and finding texture,
The feel of the texture,
The smell in the room,
Things that you can hear and five things that you can see.
And in this moment,
I disconnect from your energy.
It has been an honor and a privilege to work with your energy this evening.
