Guided Reiki Session For Your Business

Have something to write with and an item that has your business name or logo on it. Anything from a business card to a pen. If you do not have anything with the name or logo yet; you can simply write the business name on a business paper. This Reiki session will send Reiki to your business. You may have parts of your business with excess energy or lacking energy. The intent is to balance all areas of your business. All stages of business owners are welcome.

Hello and welcome.

My name is Tracy Seawright and this is a Business Reiki Session.

So at this moment,

If you can obtain something,

Something to take notes with,

And also if you have a business card or something that has your business logo on it.

If you don't have any of those items,

You can simply get a piece of paper and write down the name of your business.

Whether your business is just a thought in its beginning stages or you are a seasoned pro,

This Reiki Session is perfect for you.

This is a self-guided treatment that will help you use Reiki energy to balance all aspects of your business.

Just as you ask clients to complete a history form to help you understand their current conditions,

It is highly recommended you do the same for your business.

Now when you take a moment to think of your business,

Are there any areas within it that are out of balance?

Any areas in need of energy?

Are there parts of your business that are filled with excess energy or energy that does not resonate with your own?

So take this moment and this time to take your goals and describe any imbalances as well as any goals for this session.

Now as you describe these imbalances,

As you list these goals,

They should be fairly detailed.

A snapshot if you will.

So if you looked at this a year from now,

You would be able to remember the time and place for this Reiki Session.

Now as you are continue writing,

This is a self-treatment that you can perform each day and monitoring your business progress.

It can be week to week and can include targets that are financial such as your income goals,

Social media goals,

From the number of online subscribers,

Or the number on your email list.

You can also include how you feel when you start your workday.

Write it in a way that you have a clear idea of the areas within your business that need to be addressed as well as what you would like your business to become.

Now as we begin this session that we will perform on your business,

It is recommended that you use yourself as a surrogate for your business so that any areas that resonate with your own imbalances will benefit from the session.

So if you have that business card or item that has a logo on it or have you have written your business name down on a piece of paper,

Take that now and place it between your hands and lovingly hold that item.

Now position yourself somewhere comfortable and it could be seated or lying down.

And when you find that comfy cozy spot,

You can close your eyes.

But try to be somewhere where you will not be disturbed.

Now with your eyes closed,

Focus on the inhale and exhale.

The slow comfortable breath.

Relaxing your shoulders,

Softening and hollowing the base of the throat.

Unhinge the jaw and soften the face.

And with each exhalation,

You fall deeper into relaxation.

Now after a few breaths,

Repeat silently the following.

I give my business permission to balance out all levels for its highest good and the highest good of all concerned.

Continuing focusing on the breath.

Allow your breath to be your anchor.

So if your mind starts to wander off during this session,

Come back to the breath.

We all have a different rhythm,

We all have a different capacity.

So go to that natural breath.

Inhale and exhale.

Now allow your body and mind as a surrogate for your business.

And we will begin to draw this reiki energy.

Watch as every fiber of your being and business draw the energy in.

And begin to note if there are any areas that stand out to you.

Pause in this stillness.

Observe.

And trust that your business will address what is already out of balance.

Trust that anything that is out of order will be placed in order.

Anything that is excessive will be brought back into balance.

Watch as the reiki energy brings balance in all areas of your business.

Now return your focus to the breath,

The rise and fall of your chest.

Now with that business card or item that is still in your hands,

Gently and lovingly bring it along and place your hands on the front of your thighs.

Now the exact position is not important.

Just make sure you are comfortable.

Allow the reiki energy to flow down through your legs and feet,

Flowing into the ground.

Your business will use the reiki energy to ensure it has a solid foundation.

A solid foundation that can be built on.

Whenever needed,

Your business can draw in earth energy to bring this strong resonance that will balance its energy.

The energy flows down to your feet.

And observe as your business takes steps forward to bring you closer to your goals.

Feel and observe the energy.

Receive it as the energy beams from your feet.

It fills up through your calves and knees,

Allowing your business to use the energy to provide it with the strength.

The strength that it needs for your business to be flexible and resilient.

And in life,

Change is the only constant.

However,

Your business will use the reiki energy to release any ego attachments.

That prevents you from shifting to meet your needs.

The needs of your client,

The needs of your clients,

The needs of your employees,

Your team,

Your coworkers.

Breathe in this energy.

And observe as it travels up through your knees to fill your upper legs.

And feel the framework of your business as it radiates power.

And you can shift your hands to where your root chakra is.

And take a few deep breaths there.

Honor your root chakra.

And watch as any stagnant energy is released.

And imagine your root chakra continues to draw the energy in and beginning to spin like a fan.

Allowing your business to be open and accepting.

Your business will use this energy in this area to balance any issues around productivity and motivation.

And observe the energy in the areas.

Think of any areas that need shifting.

Now use this reiki energy and move your hands up to the belly button area.

About two fingers down from the belly button,

Your sacral chakra.

Feel the creativity flowing,

Swirling around.

Draw in this reiki energy,

Connecting,

So that your business can connect with anyone that would benefit from it,

Clients,

Colleagues,

Members of your team.

And as your hands are on your belly,

Imagine that reiki energy comes to balance all areas that need to be balanced.

Now moving your hands two fingers above that belly button to that solar plexus chakra,

The I can,

And allow that loving reiki energy,

That yellow color swirling around that I can.

Establishing connections,

Establishing opportunities,

Establishing the confidence that you need to lead,

Confident,

Inspiring,

Strong,

And motivated.

And with each inhalation,

Breathe in that confidence.

And with each exhalation,

Exhaling that fear and doubt.

Now gently bringing your hands over your heart chakra to the center of your chest.

Draw this reiki energy in,

Allowing the give and take,

The giving and receiving from the heart,

And the believing,

The belief that you are a success,

The belief that you can do it,

Believing in your goals.

Planting the seeds,

Whatever your heart's desire is,

As your hands are on your heart center,

Imagine sprinkling these seeds in your heart,

And allow that green color radiating around your heart,

Providing warmth and nourishment to these seeds as they begin to sprout your dreams,

Your goals.

What beautiful accomplishments they will become.

This reiki energy brings the energy of freedom into your business.

Now move your hands gently and lovingly to your liver,

Which sits on the right side of your abdomen,

Near the bottom of your rib cage.

Your business success depends on your ability to be organized and to plan.

Allow this reiki energy so that it can effectively and efficiently process everything that needs to be done day by day as well,

To create plans so it can build on its success in the future.

And if there is blockage,

Take that energy and belief away.

Let this reiki energy gently sweep it away,

And allow the reiki energy to come in and breathe.

Inhaling success,

Exhaling failure.

Exhaling balanced,

Exhaling unbalanced.

Now gently and lovingly shift your hands up,

Up to the side of your chest along your lungs,

Breathing in and out the lungs.

Allow your business,

The energy flowing around it,

All aspects of your business.

Any situation,

Any conflict,

Any disruption,

Allow it to dissolve.

Allow this reiki energy to flow in so you can smoothly and effortlessly handle all situations.

Now gently and lovingly take your hands to your throat,

That throat chakra,

And allow this reiki energy to flow through and around your throat.

Your voice and spoken words,

May you always speak with success and positivity,

Encouragement and love,

Speaking creatively and effectively and with wisdom,

Effortlessly communicating with all those surrounding you.

Now gently begin to lift your hands and place them right between the eyebrows.

And allow the eyes of your business to draw in this reiki energy so it can clearly see what needs to be done in order for you to do what you need to do.

To reach goals,

To obtain all the things that are needed,

And to see the achievements.

For you to be able to see any roadblocks and to always find solutions.

Draw in that reiki energy so your business has the intuitive guidance it needs to make decisions for its highest good.

The highest good for the business and all concerned.

And always seeing the creativity,

Always seeing the outcome,

Always seeing the solution.

Now gently raise your hands and place them on the crown chakra,

Allowing that reiki energy to flow into all areas of your business,

Balanced and aligned.

From seeing all the things you need to see,

To speaking,

To feeling in your heart,

To the confidence,

To the reiki,

The creativity,

And to your strong foundation.

Going into all areas,

Balanced in regards to connection to spirit and source.

And with that crown chakra,

Feeling the peace.

Your business connects with all aspects of this universe in harmony.

All things done are done with ease and grace.

Feeling this loving reiki energy like a white light coming down and surrounding you.

From your crown to your root,

The top of your head to the bottoms of your toes.

Feel the loving warmth of the reiki energy as it flows through you and around you from above and below.

Now bringing your hands to your heart center,

Holding that business card,

That logo,

That piece of paper with your business name.

Your hands at your heart center,

Planting those seeds,

The dreams,

The aspirations.

And think of asankalpa and I am statement in the present form.

And whatever arises to you in this moment,

Say this three times.

Whether it is,

I am strong and confident.

I am a warrior.

I am a success in all I do.

This simple I am statement stated in the present form,

In the present tense that is already become true.

Speak that over your heart.

Speak that over the seeds that you have just planted.

For these are the seeds of success in your business.

Continue to relax your shoulders.

Softening your brows.

Unhinging your jaw.

Focusing on the breath,

The rise and fall.

Soft and comfortably through the nostrils.

Now begin to return your hands to the sides in the comfortable position and imagine yourself in your mind's eye representing your business now.

Invite all other aspects of your business that carry a signature frequency.

This can include money,

Clients,

Colleagues,

Technology.

It can include your accountants,

Receptionists,

Any associations that you have,

Insurance providers,

Licenses,

Education,

Music.

Bring this all in to this session and allow the Reiki energy to flow in through those areas and beam from you as it connects your business with all other aspects.

And at times you may feel that this energy is extremely strong and in others weak,

But allow this energy to come in like a wave and begin to balance so that there are strong and even connections with every factor in your business.

Watch as energy flows.

The energy of money flows easily to your business and clients feel that connection with you,

That networking with you,

That safety and comfort with you,

That your business provides a soothing and comfortable place to be of service.

The energy of opportunities flow into your business and resonate with the goals that you set and allow this Reiki energy to ensure your business aligns with your own,

With your own goals.

Continuing with that breath,

The inhale and exhale and begin to give thanks to the Reiki and trust that your business will operate for your highest good and the highest good of all concerned while helping you achieve goals that you set for you and yourself.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

You can gently open your eyes and come back in this moment in time.
