What is a soul contract? Soul contracts are spiritual agreements made between souls before they incarnate into physical bodies. These agreements outline the roles, challenges, and opportunities each soul will experience during their lifetime. As per belief, soul contracts are designed to promote spiritual growth and evolution. Through the journey of life, we have many soul agreements. As we grow and evolve, so do our contracts, agreements, and bonds, sometimes even to the point of needing to break them.

Breaking Soul Contracts Guided Meditation Hello friends,

My name is Sira or you can call me Ezra and I wrote this very special guided meditation not only to help myself heal,

But to help anybody that's open and willing to just put a little bit of energy into breaking those soul contracts that are no longer serving.

When we come to this human experience,

Our soul brings with it ideas,

Friends,

Contracts,

Agreements that it's made with other souls in the past.

And when you get to a certain point on your wellness journey,

You begin to realize that you are not indebted to these souls and you are not required in any way,

Shape or form to keep these relationships,

Especially if they are depleting you and draining you from your actual life source,

Your energy,

Your true authentic self,

The excitement for being here to have this human experience.

So if that sounds like something you've been navigating,

I invite you to either hold that relationship or that person in your mind or feel free to write it down and then repeat after me this Breaking Soul Contracts Guided Meditation for each person and experience that you would like to have those bonds,
