At least for me it is new to share this kind of thing with you.
Have you heard of positive affirmations?
Just in case,
Let me explain what it means.
They are basically compliments to yourself.
And you will say these to yourself to remind you of what is so great about you.
And also to create an even stronger foundation for yourself to go about your daily life,
Your school,
Your hobbies,
Etc.
Especially during challenging moments you can think about these affirmations and then repeat them to yourself again.
It is also good to do them at the end of the day.
And it does not really matter what your day looked like.
If you feel slightly confused or overwhelmed,
These affirmations may ground you and make you feel right where you should be.
But if you had a good day,
It might still be a fun way to finish your day.
You should celebrate yourself.
Find a position that is comfortable but does not make you feel sleepy.
For example,
You can sit on the couch or on a pillow on the floor.
Make sure you sit with a long straight back.
But do not strain yourself.
Just rise from your hips up,
Up,
Up and let the ground of your head point towards the ceiling.
Like trying to reach for the ceiling.
But again,
Make sure you feel relaxed.
Now rest your legs and arms in a comfortable position.
You may close your eyes or you can keep them open.
If you keep them open,
Try not to move them around too much.
Maybe you can just look at one thing that is right in front of you.
Take three breaths in and out through the nose,
If that is comfortable.
