Meditation Timer OnlineEttore is a researcher and a seeker. Through his life, the spontaneous desire to explore the mysteries of "who we are?", "what is all this?" ... has led him through a wonderful journey of inquiries and insights, where his scientific background as a quantum physicist "met" intuitive wisdom and his understanding of sacred teachings. A few years ago he found myself struggling with stress and deep anxiety and he discovered the importance of meditation and contemplative practices as a way to approach life. He started then to feel the desire to help others who struggle with physical, emotional, mental and spiritual challenges. This induced him to become an Integrative Restoration Yoga Nidra teacher and he plans to continue his journey: his hope is to be able to share with others what really helped him when he most needed it. He wishes to meet people where they are, in the truth of the moment. Ettore is currently an Associate Professor of Physics at California State University, Fresno. He is also currently serving as Elder for Spiritual life at University Presbyterian Church in Fresno California. Finally, he loves nature, and his favorite way to spend his free time is hiking, rock climbing and skiing.
