As you arrive into this meditation,
Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and a slow,
Relaxed breath out.
Allow your body to soften with each and every exhale,
As if you're releasing tension from the inside out.
Overthinking tends to pull us away from the present,
Spinning and weaving stories,
Looping through what ifs.
But in this moment,
There's nothing to solve,
Only space to breathe.
Feel your feet on the ground or your body supported beneath you.
Let your attention drop from your mind back down into your body.
And as you breathe in again,
Imagine the thoughts in your head drifting like clouds in the sky,
Passing by without any need to hold on to them.
And now,
Once again,
Gently bring awareness back to your breath,
Inhaling clarity,
Exhaling mental noise,
Inhaling presence,
Exhaling the urge to control.
Feel yourself returning to center,
To your core,
With every breath.
Allow yourself to know deep within,
You don't need to fix or figure anything out right now.
Let this be a short pause,
A pocket of peace.
The answers you seek often arise not through effort,
But through stillness within the quiet.
And together now,
Let's take one more deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Feel the spaciousness within.
Trust that by softening your mind,
You allow wisdom to rise naturally.
