Welcome to Take A5,

A collection of short,

Five-minute meditations dedicated to create a brief yet meaningful pause in your day.

Give yourself this gift of rest,

Resilience,

Renewal,

And presence whenever you need it most.

Let's begin by taking a soft breath in through the nose and a gentle breath out.

As you allow yourself to fully arrive into this meditation,

Let your awareness settle into your heart space.

Gratitude is like sunlight for the soul,

Nourishing and illuminating.

And as you take a breath in,

Bring to mind something small or large that you feel thankful for.

Perhaps it's a person,

Maybe a moment,

Or even a sensation.

Hold this gently in your awareness,

Feeling the goodness wash over you.

Feel how your heart responds.

Does it expand?

Does it soften?

Take a moment to breathe into that feeling,

Reconnecting with the breath,

Diving deeper into this feeling.

And now,

Bring to mind another moment of gratitude.

Let it rise within.

Let it warm you.

Perhaps you can feel a small smile or smirk spreading across your lips.

There's no need to force it.

Simply receive whatever comes up for you.

With each and every breath,

You're filling your heart with appreciation,
