Let me take you to the moment you to your dream experience. Give yourself the opportunity to let the clarity arise in this brief meditation. Take a mindful step into the future and sense and feel how it really feels like to be there.

Welcome to this visualization meditation.

Before we start I just want you to take a few moments to think of one thing that you want to experience before the end of this year.

If you knew you could accomplish anything,

What would it be?

If money was not an issue,

If time wasn't an issue,

What would your life look like?

What kind of a life would you be living?

What is this one thing that you want to complete before the end of this year?

Visiting somewhere,

Seeing someone,

Maybe finishing something you have already started or starting something new.

What is it that you really,

Really want?

What is it that you really,

Really want deep inside?

Maybe you have more than one answer to these questions.

Maybe none and it's okay.

Just sit still or lie down comfortably.

Your eyes are open and you let your eyes wander around.

Let your gaze wander.

Notice the things that you see around.

Are you preferring to look up or down?

To the places near you or do you look far away?

If you notice something appealing,

Something you like,

Just take a moment and enjoy.

See the details of it.

The colors,

The texture and what it is made of.

How does it make you feel to look at something appealing,

Something you like to look at?

Maybe you've noticed a detail that you haven't seen before.

Bring your head and eyes to a neutral position and close your eyes.

Feel the contact of your body with your seat.

Feel the weight of the body.

Notice the sounds.

How many different sounds do you hear without any input?

How is the taste in your mouth?

Do you notice any smells?

Feel the temperature and the touch of your clothes on your skin.

See the darkness since your eyes are closed.

Without any extra effort from you,

The body is breathing in and out.

And the torso is expanding and contracting with each inhale and exhale.

How is the depth of your breathing?

Is it deep or shallow?

Don't change anything,

Just notice.

How is the rhythm of your breathing?

Is it fast or slow?

And it's okay either way.

Stay still,

Keep your eyes closed and imagine in your mind's eye that you stand up slowly,

You just look around and with very slow steps you walk towards the door,

The door of the room.

When you're right in front of the door in your imagination,

Just stop for a moment.

The answer to the question in the beginning is on the other side of this door.

You will see the moment you want to experience once you open this door.

Hold the door handle and open the door.

You simply take a step forward and you are in that place,

In that moment where your dream is already being realized.

Just go into that moment,

Enter that moment and let it appear.

Maybe it's getting clearer slowly as you look around.

Or maybe it just appears all at once.

Look around.

Let yourself feel how this experience is.

Notice what you feel in your body as everything gets even clearer around you.

What do you feel on your face,

Your hands and around your belly?

What's going on around your heart area?

Stay with the experience and continue feeling the sensations in your body.

At the same time,

See the images appearing.

Who is there with you?

Are you alone?

Or is it crowded?

Do you know the people around you?

Are there any familiar faces?

Or are there any new faces?

If there are others around,

Just see their facial impressions.

How do they look?

How are their gestures?

Take a look around.

Are there any other living beings around?

Plants,

Animals?

What does this place look like?

Which colors are dominant?

Notice your emotions as the images are flowing and as you are flowing with them.

Which emotions come up?

There is no right or wrong here.

It's okay to have positive or negative emotions.

Without chasing anything,

Without rejecting anything,

Just notice your feelings.

Stay with the experience and let this experience reveal a meaning for you.

What do all these mean to you?

What is it that this experience is telling you?

Maybe a thought is coming up.

Maybe a sentence is appearing in your mind.

Maybe it's only a verb or a decision.

Just take a moment to see what this is telling you.

Just one last time look around.

See the whole area.

Whoever is there,

Whatever is happening.

You can take everything into your heart with a soft and slow inhale if you wish.

Just an inhale and you take this experience in your heart.

Slowly turn around,

Walk towards the door,

Pierce through the threshold and enter back to your room.

Sit down where you were sitting down in your mind's eye.

Feel your body,

The size of the body.

Feel the posture.

Feel your weight on your seat.

Bring your attention to your breathing and the changing sensations of your breath in your body.

Close your eyes tightly and notice if any intention is coming up for you.

And it's okay if it doesn't.

Close your eyes even more tightly and then open your eyes to this brand new moment.
