Welcome to the self-esteem meditation.

Begin to relax by finding a comfortable position.

Take a note on how you're feeling right now.

Take a note on what you're saying to yourself.

Are you giving yourself love or judgement?

If you're judging yourself,

Ask yourself the question,

How is this helping me right now?

A lot of times we get so caught up in our inner critic that we don't see,

Feel,

Love and gratitude.

A lot of people are feeling problems with themselves,

With how they look,

What they look like,

What they look like.

A lot of people are feeling problems with themselves,

With how they look,

What they do.

A lot of times they don't feel good enough.

Maybe you're experiencing this as well.

Feel what you're feeling right now about you.

What is the image that you have about yourself?

And how is it serving you to become the best version of you?

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Feel your shoulders come down.

Feel your hands soften.

Release the tension out of your body.

It's okay whatever you're feeling right now.

Accept what you're feeling right now.

It's okay.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Imagine how much happier,

Freer and kinder you would feel if you are kinder to yourself,

To what you're saying to yourself.

Imagine how much that will bring you to love yourself and every part of it.

Your body,

What you're doing right now,

Your job,

The people you have around you.

It can only be better if you want to,

But you don't have to.

You're perfect just the way you are.

You don't have to have anything to be worthy.

You're worthy just by being you.

Give yourself the opportunity and the space to feel love towards yourself so there can become more space for growth and other things that make you happy.

Let go of that inner critic.

Say,

I see you.

I hear you.

But you're not longer serving me.

I want to grow,

Feel happy and be confident.

I am worthy of feeling confident,

Feeling enough and being happy.

So I let you go.

Take a deep breath in.

Fill yourself with love.

Take a deep breath out.

Release your inner critic.

Let go.

Fill yourself with love and all the things you have in your life.

Feel love and feel that you are enough just by being you.

You're capable of achieving so many things.

You deserve to be happy.

Repeat after me.

I deserve to be happy.

I am capable of achieving many things.

I am worthy.

I accept myself.

I'm kind to myself.

I take good care of my body physically and emotionally.

I'm okay.

Just where I am right now.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Repeat after me.

I have many good qualities.

I'm confident.

I like myself.

I accept myself.

I take time for myself and I deserve this time.

I need this time.

I learn from my mistakes and forgive myself when I make them.

I love myself and I'm worthy.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Keep with you this feeling of self-esteem and self-love during your day.

Repeat the affirmations during the day.

Continue to feel good about yourself because you deserve it.
