Hey,

My name is Robert Aceves and welcome to this 5 minutes mindfulness meditation.

Please find a place where no one will interrupt you for the next 5 minutes.

You can either sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

Take a deep breath in and exhale and close your eyes.

And with your eyes closed,

I'm just going to ask you to observe how you're feeling right now.

How's your day going?

Do you feel tired,

Relaxed,

Energized,

Nervous?

Whatever you're feeling,

Just observe the feeling.

Feel your breath coming into your body and leaning your body.

You can also feel the temperature in the room where you're at.

And how does your body feel?

Do you feel heavy or do you feel light?

And you can observe your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your back,

And your legs.

Notice if there's any tension in your body,

If there's anything that's hurting right now.

You can also notice if there's any anxiety or any negative feelings.

And whatever it is you're feeling,

We're going to let it go for the next couple minutes.

Let go of everything and focus all your attention on your breath.

Feel your breath coming into your body and leaning your body.

You focus all your attention on your breath.

You can also feel your breath coming into your body.

And you can feel the temperature in the room.

You can also feel your body touching your clothes,

Touching the floor or the chair,

Wherever you're sitting on.

Letting go of everything but this moment,

Bringing all your attention to the present right here,

Right now.

And feel your body once again.

You can already feel more energized.

Feel your arms,

Your legs,

And your whole body just feel so much better.

Preparing yourself to open your eyes and coming back to the present,

Ready to continue the rest of your day full of energy and opening your eyes and stretching your body.

Take a deep breath in and exhale and have a wonderful rest of your day.

See you next time.
