My name is Dalprem Kaur (born as Demia Hannah) and I'm a certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher. Currently, I live in Nashville with my husband and four children. In 2012, I attended my first yoga class and never looked back. Today, I've been practicing yoga for 5 years and teaching yoga for 3 years. Also, I lead yearly international yoga retreats to the Dominican Republic for heath and healing, I volunteer teaching with Small World Yoga all over the Nashville area, I teach at the post-secondary level, I teach at the YMCA and I guest speak at different events advocating for yoga and meditation in schools. Yoga and meditation are my bestfriends, my confidants and my treaures. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be able to share the gift of Kundalini Yoga and meditation.
