Rob Colley

Rob Colley is a coach and inner mastery mentor specialising in nervous system regulation and sustainable resilience. After 23 years in specialist military service, including leadership recognised with the Distinguished Service Cross for Gallantry, he came to a quiet realisation: true strength is not found in force, but in the ability to soften and return inward. Following his transition from service, Rob immersed himself in advanced yogic training, breath-led practices, and human performance science, exploring how embodied awareness supports emotional recovery and inner stability. This work led to the creation of Inner Mastery for Recovery, a grounded, trauma-aware approach designed to support people navigating stress, loss, identity change, and life transition. Rob now guides recovery retreats and programmes for serving personnel, veterans, high-performing professionals, and dedicated spaces supporting grief and bereavement. His teaching blends breath awareness, steady presence, and accessible principles that help the body settle and the mind regain clarity. His philosophy is simple: regulation comes before performance, strength is adaptability, and lasting change begins from within.

This meditation was beautifully guided and deeply connecting. My partner and I felt calm, present, and genuinely tuned into each other throughout. It created a safe, natural space to reconnect without effort. We both finished feeling more grounded and aligned. A simple yet powerful experience for couples.
