This course is worth the time. It’s very thought provoking and genuinely creates an opening, to embrace our sound, our intent in our own chosen words and tones. our voice is powerful. Someone, may just need to hear what you have to say, more importantly each of us needs to hear our own voice. I have taken up small clip recordings in the last year of some of my own writings. This is a very grounding, self-connecting practice. thank you for the throat exercises, all of it.
