This meditation helps you to relax, bringing awareness back to your body, mind, and soul, you can let go of control and surrender. The result will be finding ease, grace, and peace inside of you. When we feel at ease, we can create feelings of joy and happiness and improve our health through reduced stress.

Welcome to this meditation to find more ease in life.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat.

Keep your spine straight.

Have your shoulders relaxed.

Your facial muscles relaxed.

Sometimes it helps to move the body first.

Move your shoulders.

Move all your facial muscles and get the tension out.

Just contract the whole body again to relax consciously.

Now when you're ready,

Close your eyes.

Just bring awareness to your breath.

Let's take two or three normal breaths without changing anything.

Just observing the breath right now.

Just observing without judging or without attaching to the breath.

Now start to breathe deeper and longer.

Allow yourself to connect deeper with your body.

It is the breath that connects us with our body,

With our emotions.

The breath is connected to our thoughts.

Maybe you've already realized that when your life is stressful,

Your thoughts are running.

Also your breath is short,

Superficial and running.

So right now let's bring ease into the breath,

Breathing longer and calmer.

These can also mean calm,

Aligned,

Effortless,

Free.

Ease can be in the flow,

Fluid,

Being mindful.

Ease can be freedom.

Feel into your heart space.

What does ease mean for you?

Where in your life would you like to feel more ease?

What we always can do is bring ease into the breath.

So just let's stay focused a little longer on the breath.

Let's do some couple heart breaths.

Let's breathe through the heart.

The next inhalation.

Bring the breath from the backside of your heart into your heart.

Feel your heart.

And let the exhalation go out to the front of your heart.

The inhalation is coming in through the backside of your heart.

Stay a moment on the top of your heart.

Exhale out to the front of your heart.

One more time.

Inhale through the breath of your heart.

Exhale out to the front.

Again,

Be aware how the breath has changed.

How much more ease you have now in your breath.

And maybe also in your thoughts.

Your thoughts are calmer.

Your body is calmer.

You feel more ease.

Now pick an area of your life that you would like to bring more ease in.

Which might be less controlling,

More surrendering.

What would it mean for you to surrender in this part of your life?

To let go of control.

Bring yourself in your mind now into the situation where you surrender.

Where you feel more ease.

Maybe your shoulders are relaxing a little bit more.

Because you can create this ease already in your mind.

And so in your body.

Maybe you can allow yourself to bring more ease into this situation every day by sitting,

Breathing and visualizing having already ease in this area of your life.

By creating this ease already inside of you.

Maybe again look into your life now in areas that are not serving you.

You're holding on to them.

Because you always did.

What if you change and let go of stuff now that is not serving you?

What could you let go of?

Maybe it is just a thought that comes back every day.

A thought that is not serving you.

Next time this thought is coming allow yourself to let go.

Maybe you can even say goodbye to this thought.

Telling yourself and this thought that it's enough.

That now you choose ease.

That now you choose to let go.

And that you allow yourself to feel ease.

Allow yourself to let go of what is not serving you.

Let's come back to the heart space.

Feel your heart.

Feel your heart essence.

Really feel inside.

What could you do for yourself?

To have more ease.

What could you choose to have more ease?

Let your heart speak.

Trust that your heart knows.

What would you like to choose to have more ease?

Now let's choose the mantra.

I am ease.

Maybe there's another word that resonates more with you.

Just change.

Might be I am ease and love.

I am peace.

I choose ease.

Just pick the mantra that resonates most with you.

Let's meditate on that for another moment and feel the vibration of the mantra.

Feel the ease inside your body.

In your breath.

In your mind.

I am ease.

I am calm.

I choose ease.

Now with this feeling of ease,

Freedom,

Lightness inside of you.

Visualize a ball of light in your heart space.

And then let's bring down this ball of light into the ground.

Let's ground this feeling of ease.

Feel yourself grounded with this ease.

You can create more grounding cords.

You can even put a name on these cords.

Like a label.

You can put on a label ease.

Love.

Light.

Freedom.

Create cords.

And feel being grounded.

In ease.

Again now breath from the earth.

This energy up into your heart space.

With an exhalation recharge each cell of your body with the feeling of ease.

Inhale bring this energy up from the earth.

You are grounded with ease.

Exhale recharge each cell of your body.

Feeling an ease.

One more time.

Exhale recharge.

Whenever you are ready you can come back to time and space.

Open your eyes.

With this feeling of ease.
