Hi,

This is another reformation meditation to promote self-love and boost self-esteem.

So let's get straight into it.

I would like you to take a deep breath,

Inhale deeply from your nose,

Hold it for a second,

And exhale from your mouth.

That's right.

Now take another deep breath.

Hold it for a second,

And exhale from your mouth.

Take the third deep breath,

Inhale deeply from your nose,

Hold it,

And as you exhale,

Let go of all the stress and tension that you may have.

That's right.

And I wonder if you can imagine a beautiful pink light surrounding you from all sides.

Pink is the color of love.

You may want to add a tinge of red to it that will only represent confidence and self-esteem.

And as you imagine the beautiful red and pink color around you,

You start to feel nice,

Warm,

And cozy.

You imagine sitting inside this beautiful cocoon.

And as you notice that,

You allow yourself to feel one with yourself.

That's right.

Get in touch with your inner power,

Your inner beauty,

That pure spark of you,

Perhaps the childlike self of yours.

Get in touch with that spark,

With that inner beauty,

And the beautiful heart that you have.

You are now open to receive the affirmations,

And I would like you to repeat them in your mind after me.

I love myself unconditionally.

I love myself fully,

Completely,

And deeply.

I love my body.

I am good enough.

I believe in myself.

I trust myself.

I am proud of myself.

I am expressive.

I am assertive.

I know how to and when to have boundaries.

I value myself.

I value my strengths.

I have high self-esteem.

I am powerful.

I am smart and wise.

I am confident.

I am positive.

I am self-sufficient.

Any and every obstacle only help me grow.

I am filled with focus.

I am healthy.

I am worthy.

I achieve my goals easily.

I enjoy the flow in my work.

I am intelligent.

I am abundant.

I love myself.

I accept myself.

I am grateful for everything I have in my life.

Now take a deep breath.

And exhale.

I am now going to count from 5 down to 0 and at 0 all these affirmations will be deeply set into your subconscious mind and will start to work for your highest good.

2,

1 and 0 now deeply set.

I am now going to leave you here for a few moments so that you enjoy this beautiful state of relaxation and imagine yourself sitting inside the gorgeous pink and red cocoon.

Making you feel absolutely loved,

Cozy,

Warm,

Positive,

Worthy,

Smart,

Intelligent,

Wise,

Abundant and successful.

I am now going to wake you up from 1 to 5.

At 5 you will be fully awake,

Physical bodies aligned at 4.

At 5 eyes open wide awake.
