Hi,
My name is Akasha and I wanted to create this meditation for you to balance out your chakras,
These energy centers along the length of the spine,
From the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
And one of the easiest ways to attune these chakras in the body is mantra.
So we'll be going through the Bhija mantra sounds for each of the seven chakras.
So find yourself in a comfortable seat with the palms open on top of the knees or thighs.
Remember,
You can always do this in a chair or with your back to a wall so that you have optimal support.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and a releasing sigh out of the mouth.
Bring the lips together and allow the jaw to be relaxed.
The Bhija mantra sounds are Lum,
Vum,
Rum,
Yam,
Ham,
Om.
So we'll go through those three times from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.

Vum,
Rum,
Yam,
Ham,
Om.

Ham,
Om.
Lum,

Yam,
Ham,
Om.
Deep breath in.
Soft sigh out.
Just notice how you feel.
Bring your palms together and allow your thumbs to rest in the heart space as you take a little dip of chin to chest.

To tune into those energy centers of the chakras and to balance body,
Mind and spirit.
