Hi and welcome to the mind management calm in two minutes meditation.
Give yourself a break for the next two minutes.
Let's sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your hands resting in your lap.
Close your eyes.
Begin to notice your breath as it comes in and out of your body.
Notice if your inhalation and exhalation are even and see if you can make them the same length.
If you're inhaling for a count of three,
Let yourself exhale for a count of three.
Notice the connection of your feet on the ground.
Notice any sensations in your legs.
Feel the weight of your body connected to your chair.
Notice your spine and see if you can lengthen it.
Notice your shoulders and allow them to soften.
Let your arms relax.
And feel the weight of your hands on your thighs or your lap.
Feel your neck and throat soften.
And let your eyes,
Cheeks,
And jaw relax.
Bring your attention back to your breathing.
Noticing your inhalation and exhalation.
Take one more deep breath and exhale.
And slowly open your eyes.
