This is a daily analytical meditation which helps you to transform your negative experiences into positive ones. The aim is to practice this daily with the aim in mind to take those experiences with you to the next day. Gradually, you will be able to see a change in you.

I used to wonder why positive experiences are so important to us.

Because deep down that's the true nature of your mind,

Which gets happy by loving,

Giving and embracing people.

Hence it's important for us that we transform each and every experience of ours into a positive one.

This meditation is highly recommended by a lot of spiritual masters and it should be done daily.

So let's get comfortable first.

Let your body be relaxed,

Your eyes are closed and your back is straight.

Do a quick scan of your body starting from the top.

Start to scan your body from the forehead and keep moving down.

And with every exhale that you take,

Let every tension go out of your body and let your body relax completely.

Let's start by setting up a positive motivation today.

Why are you sitting on your meditation cushion today?

Now pick up a situation from yesterday or today which you felt was not so positive.

Try to replay in your mind the situation,

The people and the emotions around it.

But don't get mixed up in your emotions and remember your motivation that you are replaying this only to experience something different.

So don't get attached to your situation and just replay completely what happened,

What was the situation,

The people and the emotions you felt.

So let's not forget that creation exists and there are many others that exist,

And How was your experience?

Negative?

Angry?

Rash?

Something which disturbed your mind?

Now be in this situation again.

But take a step back.

Imagine everything is same.

The people,

The situation.

But you are in a much calmer state of mind.

Think how you could have handled it differently in a more compassionate and a more calm state of your mind.

How was your experience?

Negative?

Angry?

Rash?

Something which disturbed your mind?

Now be in this situation again.

But take a step back.

How did you feel now?

Good?

Positive?

Did you notice the difference in your emotions,

In your feelings and specially your mind?

Don't get caught up in the past or in the situation.

But make your mind,

Make your goal that you are going to hold this calm state of you in future as well.

And think,

If tomorrow a negative situation comes in,

I will step back,

Analyze the situation and deal with it positively and calmly.

Just the way I did now.

I know it is possible and I will change every negative experience into a positive one.

Try to do this meditation daily.

Preferably at night.

Take five minutes in your night and just replay your entire day.

Replay a not so positive situation that you encountered that day and convert them into a positive one.

Remember not to get caught up in this situation.

And then after your meditation,

Make a goal that tomorrow if any situation comes up in my day,

I will step back and convert it into a positive one.

And by doing it every day,

There will be a time when this will become natural for you.

And you will be able to turn all your negative experiences into a positive one.
