Connection During The Eleventh Hour

Collaborating as a Collective Energy Field of Love, Grace and Peace, we hold this time – morning and evening – to bring in the Energy of Transformation. At 11 o'clock each day, morning and evening, sit still for a while and hold a higher frequency to consciously connect into the Collective.

Take a deep breath.

Drop your shoulders.

Be in the moment.

And whatever has been happening and moving and doing all our activities,

Whatever they are,

Just honor that we have a being that can do so much.

But we also have a part of us that is presence,

That yearns for the quietness of the reconnection to our soul,

Our light.

And so we're honoring that part of us now,

That knows how to connect into all that is.

And thank your body for being willing to sit quietly and still now for just a little while,

As we hold the energy of our collective presence.

It's so wonderful that we can connect through our gracious hearts.

We think about the connection that we've been creating with those that we love and our family,

Our friends and our communities.

And those that we've been creating with each other as we have joined and found ways to connect.

So to every light worker,

To every being that is willing to hold themselves consciously,

And to add a new energy into the collective that is very much for all beings,

All life,

All life forms.

See that connection now.

In whatever way you can visualize this,

Begin to see it.

Allow your mind to take you to the images without you taking yourself into an image.

If nothing is coming in,

That's perfect.

Rather sit in a space that is just clear and uncluttered so that the inspirational vision may come in.

Do not contrive anything.

No performance required.

Do not pursue anything.

Sit deeply in the presence of you as an energy resource that is willing to see and acknowledge itself as this.

And feel the passion of your heart and the rhythm of your breath and the beating of your heart.

And know that you are a mechanism that is running itself.

Drop your shoulders into this moment.

Drop all your weight to the lower body.

Sit comfortably upon this beautiful space that you are holding.

And feel the connection of divine light coming in and through the crown.

See yourself as a resource of energy,

A part of energy that knows how to hold energy.

Simply by being still,

Present,

Alive.

Notice that you are the source of energy.

Notice that you are here and your heart is beating and there is nothing else happening around you that you need to contribute to in any way.

And that right now you are accessing all the energy resources of who you are,

The gift of who you are,

And the gifts that have been revealing themselves to you through your amazing life journey,

Your resiliency,

Your courage,

Your stubbornness,

Your silliness,

Your ingenuity,

All of who you are.

These are little energy nuances and they all become part of this amazing energy being that you are.

Imagine right now you can hold yourself like a love,

Loving every nuance of energy that you have ever experienced.

The catalytic energy,

The strong voice,

The holding affirming of space,

Strong,

Grounded,

The anger perhaps,

And hold that as a strong affirming,

A will not be wavered,

A will hold the space energy.

Imagine that as an energy nuance and you hold that,

That powerful energy.

Take the gift of that energy and see it as powerful.

Let the behavior inside of it dissipate and affirm now into the system of your energy being,

I am powerful.

I am strong.

I am determined.

I am strong.

Feel how strong that energy is and claim it into you.

There have been many times in this life journey when you have been that determined,

Strong,

Powerful one.

And we might have doubted ourselves and shamed and lamed ourselves and said that we are too strong,

Too powerful,

Too determined.

But now we bring it into perfect balance and we hold and affirm that powerful energy in this beautiful,

Powerful being of energy.

It is this resiliency and strength and courage,

Determination,

That brings us to show up and to hold the space.

Why are we holding the space?

What calls us together?

Think about a deep embedded code that is reawakening in every soul.

The lights are going on and we are coming home,

Home to our center of love and light,

Grace.

Now in that powerful energy,

Imagine through you this beautiful light coming into the space.

And through you this beautiful light coming into the top of your crown,

This entire body ready,

Connecting and ready to activate.

And take that energy and imagine you are plugging it into an energy socket right down into the center,

The crystal at the center of the earth.

And you can do it because you are here upon this earth and because with all our heart and all our soul,

We are claiming something else.

We are standing for something else.

Begin to feel the heart's desire through me,

I welcome the energy of prosperity and abundance,

Happiness,

Light and love.

I welcome the energy of community,

Compassion,

Kindness,

Consideration,

Accountability in all the beings with whom I connect.

With all the strength and power,

I stand for truth,

Love,

Integrity.

I see a world where people know how to connect to each other in a way that is absolutely honest,

Truthful,

Authentic.

Reliable,

Trustworthy.

I see children and I see adults and I see harmony in all their relationships.

And I see all the different people of all the different communities and I see the people of all the different communities of all different races and languages and belief systems finding this common center chord of light and love.

And that all of this that gives us an indication of performing in some way our roles,

Our beliefs.

They are simply an outer facade and the chord that holds us is exactly the same.

When we take away all of the games we play,

We are all yearning for love,

Honor,

Respect,

Kindness.

We are all seeking value.

We see this world that is abundant and full and flowing,

Rivers and streams and rain and trees and trees and trees and trees and trees and trees and trees and forests restoring,

Oceans cleansing,

Vibrant health into the water,

Revitalized,

Reactivated.

We see beautiful lawns,

Grass,

Pastures,

Meadows,

Mountainsides,

Trees and forests,

Grass,

Pastures,

Meadows,

Mountainsides.

We see all the beautiful pictures that we have visited or seen in pictures or in life,

All the places that we love so dearly,

Restored to vital health,

Wellness and flow.

We see all creatures living in harmony.

Clear skies,

Open minds,

Open hearts,

Beautiful energy,

Beautiful energy,

Beautiful energy.

Dream it in,

Dream and dream and dream.

See the colors,

See the light and feel the connection in your own heart.

Feel it within your system.

We're going to activate the energy of anticipation.

How lucky are we to bring all of this towards ourselves?

How much more can we bring in that will serve all life for us?

We are going to activate the energy of anticipation.

How much more can we bring in that will serve all life upon this beautiful planet?

How blessed are we?

And imagine we are standing now in a doorway.

We've opened this door and the light is bathing each and every one of us.

We are simply holding that light.

And because we are holding it,

We can also send it,

This endless resource that knows how to connect energy.

And imagine all the love and the kindness that will walk through that door towards you.

Like waiting at an airport for our loved one.

And we know the plane has landed and we know that they were on that plane.

And they are just across on the other side.

Any moment now they will be in our arms.

Feel that feeling as if you are going to greet a loved one.

And the loved one is the energy of the beloved.

Grace,

Kindness,

Harmony and peace.

And imagine what it felt like when you were standing at the airport.

At any minute now they would come through those doors.

And your hearts would be touching again.

Feel that beautiful energy of anticipation.

And feel connected to it absolute trust.

You know they are there.

You know that it is just a matter of time and they will be in your arms.

You will be reconnected.

In just a matter of time we will be reconnected.

As long as we are standing,

Waiting,

Anticipating,

Trusting.

We are so sure that this is what is waiting for us right here.

And we are right here in the place of receiving.

Feel that beautiful energy ready to receive.

Grace and love and abundance and happiness and health,

Vitality,

Friendship and kindness.

Here as this endless resource,

Breathe through your being.

Let this feeling fill you up now.

Hold you in this space gently.

Become aware of the sounds around you in life and where you are in this life.

And the roles that you play and the place that you hold.

And all the while there is this energy of connection connecting.

In every pursuit we hold a new awareness of this high amazing connection.

We are simply a conduit through which this is received,

We hold it and we transmit it.
