Connecting through the Hidden Chakra - Below the Heart and above the Solar Plexus is a doorway that is yearning for us to enter. We can connect here through Heart & Soul to our Hidden Chakra. May you receive the blessing of this practice.

Transcript

Let's take a deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Let your body relax into this moment.

And feel as if you have stepped into a sacred space.

And this beautiful sacred space is available to each and every one of us.

Because we hold the key to that space.

And it's right in our heart.

It speaks to us all the time.

It urges us to be quiet and to be still.

And to come into our center.

So just for this little while now,

Let's do that.

Let's hold the space together.

Let's honor our beautiful beings.

And let's honor and love each other unconditionally.

Some of us know each other in this group and some of us don't.

And it's true for all life and the way that we interact.

Sometimes we know the ones we are connecting to.

Sometimes we work alongside others and we never get to know them.

This connection is what we are being asked to pay attention to now.

That we don't have to know somebody.

And we don't have to leap into their life to know them.

To be able to connect.

That we can give each other the honor of having our own unique life journey.

For showing up in it in any way we desire.

Without conforming to anybody else's ideas,

Perceptions,

Belief systems.

That we can simply be and we can simply allow the other.

And while we are doing that,

Find the point of connection.

It goes beyond doing.

It is just holding a space of connection.

So as we are doing that here,

We honor each and every soul that is here.

That we are called together to join the parts of us that is unique and yet at the same time it is our connection called that is so intriguing.

Something calls us towards each other.

And we wonder what that is.

We feel this immense heart opening of love.

At the times of great disaster,

Pain and heartache.

We move beyond all our judgments,

All our conditions.

And a part of us that knows how to do this opens itself up to the other.

With love that goes beyond what we could possibly imagine.

Feel now that you can connect into that space within.

Sit quietly within your own being.

Relax your beautiful body.

Relax this vehicle,

This framework that is taking the essence of you,

Your light being upon a gracious journey.

Knowing that part of you that is pure light and love to connect,

To integrate,

To reflect,

To hold,

To see,

To hear.

And even if we cannot touch each other,

We can still connect.

Choose one in the space now.

And you may know them or you may not know them.

Choose one by a name or where they are upon your screen or where they are in your mind.

And imagine this golden cord that moves from your heart to theirs.

And feel as if this golden cord can be so clear and so clean.

It is simply light.

It carries no burdens at all.

It is simply light.

And when you relax into that idea of a connection,

You relax your beautiful body and soothe your mind away from performance,

Pursuing,

Doing.

Then we come into the gracious connection.

Allow yourself to hold that and to feel it and to honor it.

Receive now along that golden cord from one that you may or may not know who is simply beaming love to you.

Accept that there is someone here in this space that is loving you without even knowing you,

That is offering a great kindness of connection that is clear and beautiful.

Allow your being to receive this.

And you will find that there are two different energies in this now.

The energy of sending and the energy of receiving.

So begin to play in the energy of receiving now.

What does it require from me to be able to receive?

What adjustment must I make within me to receive?

And we'll notice that we really have to think about this a little longer than when we were sending.

Sending seemed far easier to many.

But receiving is not always as easy.

And if that is true for you,

Listen to your inner thought as to why.

Ask your being,

Why is it?

Why is it that it is a little challenging to simply receive?

If we could assure ourselves that the light cord that was coming towards us was filled with no other intention except to love and to hold us in a gracious,

Honorable,

Deeply respectful way.

That there were no conditions,

No need to perform in any way.

The mind has created so many blocks to receiving that it becomes truly challenging for us to keep this pathway open.

This pathway can only remain open if the signal is received.

We can send signals as much as we wish.

Prayers and intention of love and light and well-being.

But if it's not received,

It cannot touch the place within the being to heal deeply.

Become aware of your ability to receive information,

Signals,

Vibrations,

Frequencies.

Now as you are in the place that you are resting for this little moment,

Allow your body to become even more heavy and relaxed.

Relax your lower back,

The small of your back.

Drop your shoulders and relax the skin on your beautiful face.

Allow your feet to be connecting into the earth.

Feel supported on the left and the right side of your body.

And connect to your center,

Your solar plexus.

Bring your awareness slightly higher towards the heart and visualize a space between the heart and the solar plexus.

And here is the forgotten chakra.

To be remembered,

To remind us at a pivotal time of our life experience.

At the exact moment we awaken this beautiful space in our being.

Just below the heart,

Just above the solar plexus,

We connect the heart's desire with the life's purpose.

Allow yourself to drift into the space as if it is calling you now.

Hear your heart's desire.

Feel the love deep within.

When I lose my attention to my body,

My surroundings,

My roles and behaviors.

When I drift into the space,

There is no clutter.

It is a divine open and clear space simply to be.

The part of me that desires peace and harmony,

Kindness,

Wellness,

Love and compassion.

This is the home of this hidden chakra.

Feel as if you are coming home to that space now.

Notice that there is no door upon the space and there never has been.

We just never knew how to find our way there because we weren't ready to truly receive.

Let that energy open into you.

Be ready now.

Be ready to embrace the light and the love that is flowing in towards you.

Be ready to open up your heart and your desire for this life towards it.

Feel the in-pouring of the light towards you in the space.

Stepping out of a cold room,

Opening the curtains.

And here is the sunlight,

Warm,

Generous,

Loving,

Gracious,

Soothing,

Calming,

Warming.

Stand within this beautiful light,

The sun,

This glow,

And bring it into the very center of your being.

Let it warm your body and calm your presence.

Let it soothe your mind.

In this endless space that is so gracious,

There is nothing to do but to simply be.

And as we are resting here,

Feeding,

Replenishing this beautiful being,

This human vehicle with immense gratitude and love.

Become aware of the power of your light that is radiating around you now.

That you and the light that is around you are one.

One beautiful light.

Breathe into your body.

Relax into it.

This is the light of our connection.

This is the space that connects us all.

This is home.

This is home.

If there is a sense of presence in that space with you,

Just be there along with that.

And feel the clarity and the beauty,

Absolute beauty and the love.

Receive healing and wellness into you.

Visualize you and the light that is around you merging and there is no separation.

And this powerful vibration that is in the field around you now,

That becomes you.

It feeds,

Nourishes every single cell of your body.

It honors this form that is carrying the sacred space of the inner self through a life journey of experiencing.

This body is a sacred space.

This mind is a sacred space.

When we clear the mind of all the clutter,

We find ourselves in absolute peace and harmony.

We are connecting to a signal that is the signal of our highest being.

When we connect into the signal,

We become the signal.

We become that vibration.

And if we are the one that is holding this vibration because we are that vibration,

Then what we begin to radiate from our deepest desires,

From the space of absolute love,

It becomes so powerful.

And what we wish for another comes back to self because it is one field.

What would I wish for the other in the highest connection of light and love?

And what would I be willing to receive of this myself?

Become aware of how much you are willing to receive now.

What does your body and your mind look and feel like now?

Bring to mind the one that you chose to connect with in a concentrated,

Clear way.

And feel the connection now.

As the warmth of the sunlight deep within received and sent comforts the body,

The mind,

And the soul like a beautiful diamond with many facets.

Imagine that you can light up every facet of your beautiful luminous diamond-like being.

And through every one of these facets,

You radiate this prismic light that is so clear,

So beautiful.

And now you touch the souls of many.

And you receive the touch of love back to you.

We are igniting each other's souls,

Awakening our hearts,

And sharing the energy of connection in the highest vibration of light and love.

This is the ultimate way to connect.

Relax into your beautiful body.

Become aware how your body feels now as you gradually reconnect to your form.

That opening space is deep within you,

The very center of your being.

Imagine now that because you can hold this at the very center of you,

That moving now into this life,

You are simply carrying that code and that signal with you to relay it into every space where your beautiful body,

Mind,

Being is able to go.

There are limitations to where the body can go,

But there is no limitation to where the mind can go.

Allow yourself to use your mind well,

To follow the illuminated pathways,

To hear the calling from the heart of another,

And to be able to connect in the highest vibration where there is simply a holding of light and love.

Nothing else required.

Gently bring your awareness back to your body where you are.

See around you a beautiful orb of light,

Beautiful bubble of light and love.

Let this protective field around you not protect you from anything,

But protect the energy that you are holding and keep it clean,

Filtered,

Open,

Radiant,

No matter what,

Even though,

Even though,

Even though.

May this peace now be in you,

Through you,

And around you.

May it comfort you and your family and your loved ones,

And may you be the connection that is so clear and so beautiful.

May peace be with you,

In you,

Through you,

And upon you.
