A good day to each and every one of you who is joining me on this meditation.
I wish you love.
It is one of the most powerful meditations that I do for myself and I certainly recommend it for you.
Let us begin with just sitting down with ourselves.
So you can sit down on the floor if you can with your legs crossed or you can sit on a chair but remember to keep your feet firmly planted on the floor and do not cross them.
We will begin this meditation with a reflection.
It's a reflection for self.
Do you love yourself?
How much do you love yourself?
Do you accept all the grey,
All the black areas of yourself?
Those areas that sometimes you don't even want to go to for yourself.
Let's just reflect upon ourselves.
There are lots of things about ourselves that we love and there are some things that we don't.
Today in this meditation we will love ourselves just the way we are.
That is within us.
I want you to begin by breathing in nice and deep.
Remember you are taking in love.
So breathe in nice and deep,
As deeply as you can and then slowly let your breath go and inhale again.
Nice and deep.
Filling your lungs up with love.
Filling your lungs up with all the fresh life.
Life and love go together.
Now I want you to take your hand,
Your right hand preferably and place it on your heart,
In the area of your heart.
And I want you to say this after me.
I,
Take your name,
Love myself,
Accept myself and cherish myself just the way I am.
I,
Your name,
Love myself,
Accept everything about myself and cherish my mind,
Body and soul just the way I am.
Every day I appreciate myself more and more.
Every day it becomes easier for me to love myself.
Everyone I come in contact with appreciates me for who I am.
Feeling appreciated gives my life more meaning.
I am a beautiful person.
I am a good person.
I am talented and use my talents to the best of my ability.
I am always kind to myself.
I am at home with myself.
I am comfortable in my own skin.
I am confident,
Happy and every day more prosperous.
I am the most important person in my life.
I deserve to have the life I want.
I appreciate whatever I have in my life.
I always feel special and loved.
I love my sexuality and I am comfortable with it.
Every day I treat myself with more loving care.
I look good,
Feel good,
Am good.
Every day I get better and better at loving myself.
Now breathe in nice and deep.
And as you breathe in,
Feel love flowing into you.
The feeling of love in every single part of your body.
Sometimes there are parts of our body that we don't like.
Fill it with love.
Fill every single part of your body with love.
Let the love flow.
And now fill your mind with love.
With thoughts of love.
With thoughts of I love myself.
I with a big heart love myself.
Just the way I am.
That love flows into me and fills my being and I am joyous and happy.
Joyous and happy.
And at this moment there'll be a smile on your face.
A happy smile.
And now from within us let's go without.
That in your life there are happy relationships around you.
People love you.
All those dear to you love you.
And love is flowing.
I love accept and cherish all those close to me.
I love accept and cherish all those close to me.
I love accept and cherish all those close to me.
My family,
My friends and all those I meet with.
I have loving relationships in my life.
I love them and they love me.
Feel the love.
Feel it flowing out of you to all those in your circle.
And remember it's about loving and accepting all those in your circle just the way they are.
The happinesses that they bring and all the grey areas in their life as well.
Accept and heal.
If there is somebody specific you'd like to bring to mind,
A person you'd like to accept but are finding it difficult today send out love.
If there is someone in your life you are finding difficult to love send out love to that person today.
Love and acceptance.
I accept you just the way you are.
Just for today feel the love around you.
It's like you're in a ball of happy love.
There's love within and it fills your heart,
It fills your being with joy.
You accept yourself just the way you are.
For when we accept ourselves we accept those around us.
