Rewiring The Brain For Empowered Thoughts
We will explore the science behind affirmations in detail, including neuroplasticity, self-affirmation theory and cognitive dissonance, and highlight how affirmations can reframe low-vibe thoughts. I will guide you through an affirmation meditation practice focusing on self-trust, ending with a small daily practice for you to do at your own time.
Lección 3
Making Affirmations Feel Real
We will discuss why affirmations feel fake and how to adjust language to reduce resistance. We will also explore emotions and the importance of feeling the affirmation rather than just saying it. I will guide you through a body awareness meditation with affirmations and end with a self-practice of rewriting affirmations to feel more believable for you.
Lección 4
Pairing Affirmations With Intentional Action
We will explore how affirmations are more effective when paired with your simple, daily actions, such as drinking your morning tea/coffee, making your bed or even drinking a glass of water. We embrace how even within small shifts we can contribute towards transforming towards your highest potential.
Lección 5
Breaking Through Limiting Beliefs
We will identify limiting beliefs and how affirmations challenge and shift them towards more empowered beliefs and thoughts and eventually, an empowered life. I will share journal prompts to uncover these hidden beliefs and together we will reframe them with an empowering affirmation, bringing in the power of journaling into your daily routine.
Lección 6
Building A Lifelong Affirmation Practice
We will recap key learnings of the entire course and the long-term benefits of affirmations. I will guide you through an affirmation meditation practice with multiple affirmations for different life areas, ending with a step-by-step process of creating a personalized affirmation toolkit for daily use.
